Everyone outside the valley looks at the summer midnight temps and say it’s not that bad….. then they realize those were midnight temps.

100F is too hot for you? You must be new here.
BTW I agree, nobody should be living in the desert, it's unsustainable. There isn't enough water.

Hey dipshit, go look at the Colorado lately and tell me there isn't a problem. 5 fricking states dependent on the same river and you think everything is fine. Enjoy your real estate bubble while it lasts, I'd sell and get out if I were you.

That's because you millennials refuse to get jobs so biden had to import 75 million Mexicans well guess what libtard t h ey like to wash their ghetto cruisers and make tamales which uses lots of water. Too late now so quit your crying college boy

This is not the case. Keep on spreading Fox News talking points. If you actually lived here you’d know most Mexicans here are poorer and have dirt or rock lawns. White snowbirds come to town and throws hundreds of dollars on water to keep a green lawn.

You are severely mentally challenged if you don’t acknowledge the level of fricked the Colorado river is and the fact that it will only continue to get worse. It’s literally not about politics you braindead teenager. It’s not climate conspiracy. Next time shut the frick up when the adults are talking.

100F at 11 pm with monsoon season humidity is unpleasant, yes

      Anonymous

100F at midnight. When it gets cloudy, usually the rain evaporates before it hits the ground and it gets humid without even raining. You’ve obviously never been to the valley and have no idea what you’re talking about.

    stop being fat

Besides the humidity is below the amount that moisture sticks to you. You will feel cool in 90F here, do you not know the body is normally at 98.7F?

Unless you are fat, trooning, or seriously seriously stupid in wearing clothes for this place you are fine. 7 million people live here and are just fine.

Update: raining, night time, somehow still 103 degrees.

What sane person would voluntarily live in this place?

Just be glad you're getting rain. Here in OK we haven't had rain in 1.5 months and it's been just as hot as you guys for the past two weeks+.

It's hilarious that the southwest is becoming the biggest place to move to, yet these same people are worried about climate change. I don't even think you have to wait until 2030 for this area to become uninhabitable kek even 40 years ago it was hell

    >live in AZ
    >8 months out of the year perfect weather
    >water from the mountains gives us more than LA
    >4 months of summer, 1 month of shit monsoon humidity
    >stay inside mostly anyways during that time, go up into the mountains where it's cooler if I want

I don't get it, summers can suck but other places often have shit winters or season changes that are dogshit. I moved here because at worst I just know doing shit during summer is just a bit hotter. Fall, winter, and spring you can do anything during that time. Unless you're fat or don't know how to dress in the heat, it's not that bad. I'd rather deal with about a month of shit weather than 4 months of shit in winter.

You literally have no water without the Colorado.

        That's Las Vegas and California

Most of our water is provided by the Salt River and distributed via SRP canals for the bulk of our shit. The mountain ranges to the north get tons of snow and rain throughout the year. Lake Pleasant and Roosevelt lake provide us and our nuclear plants water. Tuscon gets most their water from the mountains as well.
        https://www.arizonawaterfacts.com/water-your-facts

We only get 1/3rd our water from it, which is planned to be reduced as we build more dams this year.

I went to the Grand Canyon back in July of 2020. Tickets were cheap and no one was there but holy frick was unbearable hot, it was like 115F (40+C). I know in the Southeast the humidity is annoyingly intolerable but that desert heat is something different altogether. It's like baking in a fricking oven. At least the scenery is nice for the most part.
