I experienced excatly the same when I crossed the indian border from the north, the kid just looked 800x worse I am not sure it wasn't dead. I gave her a little money, and she returned with a mob demanding money from me I had to call the police, so NO, never give them anything.

    Never ever give anything.
If you want to help, then support small local businesses.

    I live in the philippines.

if they start begging outside where I live I beat them
if they beg in public in a place I don't frequent I ignore them
if they beg in public in a place I frequent, I beat them

the outstretched monkey claw is an implicit threat to the quality of life and health of business wherever it appears, they must be run off at all costs

anybody who defends them or simps for them should be punished also, and I have to slap the shit out of idiots who attempt to feed or pay them a few times a year

nobody cares what you do to them, and like animals they understand only one thing: the threat of violence

if this sounds cruel to you then you have never lived in a place inundated by squatter camps and roaming homeless trying to feed on locals like nomadic parasites

there is NO excuse to be a beggar here, you can walk out into the jungle and grow crops to feed yourself and your family easily, they specifically come to the cities and sleep on concrete and on vacant lots because they can send their children to beg and live off that meager income
    -more kids, more income
-kids in worse condition, more income
-more kids, more pedophiles paying them for access
    -larger squatter camps, more protection

its a disease, and they regularly get purged if they push things too far, locals will just molotov their shacks eventually, though I have not personally participated in such an event.

Most of these beggars are badjaos. They are called sea gypsies for a reason.

      Based
honestly these people should be exterminated
      >more kids, more income
      >kids in worse condition, more income
      >more kids, more pedophiles paying them for access
The longer it goes on the more of the gene pool of humanity these people form

I remember the kids. I would be eating food and they'd try to steal it from me, I'd eat it and laugh in their faces. Good times.

I once gave a homeless looking guy 0.35$ before entering a grocery store and when I came out he asked me for money again, forgot who I was and was spinning the same story as when I had walked in. When I told him I gave him money he got angry. I never give anything now.

    >How do you personally deal with beggars?
Mostly I ignore beggars and street touts. Don't make eye contact, don't try to be some friendly joking homosexual or talk to them. Keep windows wound up in uber or taxi and don't look at them. If really necessary carry a few small coins to give them, if they ask for more say a firm but polite "No".
    >Do you give anything to them?
Not usually. I have given money to poor people in the street but it is usually the people that don't approach me or ask for anything.

No. It's not my fault their government doesn't care about its people. It's not my responsability to solve poverty.

I sometimes give something to quite old people or people with clear disabilities, though never money. These people have virtually no opportunities in the third world.
Working-age beggars and children coming up towards me can frick off. I know people who lived in severe poverty before, and never ever once did they resort to begging.

If they do service stuff, eg. opening doors, helping with parking I usually give a small change, and often do I buy from children selling stuff like souvenirs or snacks to reinforce the idea to work to earn instead of holding out your dirty paw and stare at me with moronic eyes as if I care that you’re a dumb Black person.

nobody deserves money for opening a door, stop giving handouts to moronic deadbeats
opening the door at 7-11 is not a profession, and it is not a service

      fricking idiot
you're the cause of this cancer spreading, keeping these poor motherfrickers on life support and dependent on handouts
      you're scum

        >imagine thinking giving a few bucks is the cause of poverty

LMAO btw what percentage of your income do you donate to charity, if it’s less than 30% you are selfish

          >see chimp
          >give chimp food
          >next day
          >see chimp
          >give chimp food
          >next day
          >see chimp
          >chimp comes up to demand food
This is how it works, except that chimps cannot work and be successful but atleast have the whole jungle for themselves.
Beggars are inherently worse, and conditioning their begging habits only make them remain as beggars.
Even worse, it might be a syndicate running it

If you give to them they want more, and see it as a sign of weakness. If you say NO, they see that as an opener to beg harder. If you even look at them they see it as an invitation. The best thing for them (to save their time) and you, to keep you from getting frustrated is to ignore their presence. That's really the only thing they respect.

The gypsies drug their babies and use them a sympathy tools, then send them out into traffic as soon as they can reach into a car window. Either never go to these places or learn to ignore them.

Never, EVER give to beggars. We pay so much taxes for social programs to help them and they choose to instead pollute public spaces and guilt trip gullible yuppies and old people into giving them their hard-earned money, which they then spend on drugs. They're on the street and begging because they're useless leeches who refuse to get help for their addictions and/or refuse to work. Frick them.
