best cheap places to travel from toronto

so 21 year old here with my first ever internship. got good money. want to spend $500-$1000 cad (1.29 cad = 1 usd). what places are good to go with my friends? am thinking of flying to boston, seeing history, eating seafood. east coast canada any good? im into history, mueseums, maybe some nice nature stuff as long as its not hiking or too physical. affordable good food. sightseeing and what not.

I'm from Toronto too. Luckily I got over it and left for better places. Stay in your containment zone you Torontonian rat dog. Don't spread that place's cultural cancer.
