All other airlines have less problems by orders of magnitude because of agreements with each other to take passengers in case of IRROPS or can re-route on their own operations /and/or partners. Had to rent a car and drive for 9 hours because of flight delays. Southwest shit the bed because they have antiquated tech and they communicate effectively with all their staff across the country. It'll probably take weeks to recover getting everyone A to B and the reputation may never recover.
