    Not abnormal.
    >How to you get your adventure spirit back when feeling like this?
You force yourself to go outside, to at least one new place per day.
Once you're outside it will go much smoother.

100%, I felt the same way on a trip to Europe this summer. Even in the best of circumstances, travel is stressful. Feeling lonely can also take an emotional toll and leave you feeling tired. After getting back to the US I reverted to NEETdom for a few weeks to recharge. If you can't go back home to recharge for a time, then try to indulge yourself in other ways, have a staycation in your room and play video games, smoke weed, or get a girlfriend.

i love hanging out and doing nothing
i love it when on holiday too. i dont feel bad about it.
there are tourism sights i'd like to see, but if i cant be bothered to wake up early to miss the line or waiting in line.. i guess it didnt trump my laziness

also, i like tourist attractions and sightseeing - but you can become over saturated on a single trip, or you can just have had your fill and if its not doing it for the benefit of your fellow travelers you don't care so much to do it solo.

    but im a boring introvert

Yes. You get it back by going on small outings that don't make you uncomfortable.

It's normal. Hit me after two months this summer. Doesn't help when it was like 105f outside every fricking day. Night would come and I'd just go on a Tinder date. I'd suggest signing up for some day tours or an excursion through a company op cause then you have money on the line and if you don't do it you'll feel infinitely worse for wasting cash.

Yup - I normally have a rest day during one of my trips or 2 days where I just take it easy.

It's ok to take some time off bro, but make sure to get back outside after a while and talk to people.
We're social creatures, spending too much time inside can frick you up without you realising it.
I don't know how it is for you, but for me, the hardest part is opening that door and stepping outside.
I remember the first time I went to a rock pool where people would jump off 5-10 metre cliffs into water.
When I got to the top, I couldn't jump, I'd just stand on the edge and stare, both my body and mind wouldn't obey.
One of the guys chilling up there saw me and gave me a bit of advice: "don't think, just jump" so i did.
The more you think about it, and the fact that you can't commit will torment you.
At one point in my life, I had spent three years in isolation, not bc of covid though, I was just an autistic recluse.
To help me get outside, I would put some scotch tape on the floor in front of my door so it formed a line.
I'd stand behind this line staring at the door, but in my mind, I'm back on top of that cliff, staring past the edge.
    Don't think, just jump.
The thing about cliffs is, when you jump off, gravity will drag you down to the bottom whether you like it or not.
Falling requires no effort, you just need that initial push.
You can do it anon, take that jump.

      >be me
      >wanted to travel but I couldn't
      >now can travel but I'm not in the mood
maybe is more the idea of travel than travel that arouses us? also I like more thinking about past holidays than actually being on holiday.

if it's not pasta nice post

First off, stop jacking off during a trip, it'll waste energy and you'll feel socially awkward.
Second, get enough sleep, hell drink a bit til the alcohol gets your tired.
Third, Ask yourself the question on why the frick did you even visit that god-forsaken. "What is the purpose?", "Where do I go from here?" etc. etc. It'll give you sense of purpose on what to do once you visit the country.

Thank you all for the responses, has made me feel somewhat better.

I'm in Vilnius so that doesn't help, it seems boring as frick here, western euro prices for cold and inhospitable people.

Vilnius is the most boring Baltic capital. Not that the other places have much stuff to do, but they're fine for two days, but I was bored out of my mind there too.

How many days in Rīga? If youŗe an operagay/classicalmusicgay consider buying a ticket in the local opera house as they tend to go cheap.

I really recommend going around the local jugendstil/art nouveau streets. There's also an ethnographic museum just outside the city. Old city center is cool. In the central market there's a lot of good food to buy, try pastries as they tend to be really good, especially the meat pies. There's also a few beer sellers that sell really good beer if you drink at all. Lido has a good variety of local foods. If they still sell it, they have the best pear cider I've ever tried.

I recommend 2 days at most.

Vilnius is boring. It's far from western Euro prices though. I'm assuming you've already gone up to the castle tower thing and to Trakai? Kaunas was a lot more fun IMO (also banged a 9/10 Lithuanian screamer with some big breasts and a rape fetish there).

Great, I'm going to Riga for a few days and then Tallin next...

Riga is alright, felt the most unsafe of the Baltic cities but still infinitely safer than any American city. Tallinn is the best Baltic city though hands down.

This is why it's important to have specific things to do in mind when going somewhere besides "explore." Plus you kind of strike me as an austist and a non-American, in which case I'm sorry.
