Carry on luggage

Carry on luggage is getting out of hand. It makes boarding and deplaning so much longer. Some retards bring two carry ons both like pic related.
Why don't airlines force these gays to check at the gate?

I doubt you even travel. Business Class lands and takes off at the same time the economy class does retard. it's the same plane.

Good, so now tell me how the business class section takes off before the economy class section has completed boarding.

            we don't
but we do relax with our champagne while everyone in the back is still fighting over space in the overhead compartments
and yes, some business classes allow you to take two carry ons, plus a laptop bag or handbag or whatever

I think what is trying to say is biz/1st has there own baggage compartment and if that gets filled, then they have boarded first, so they can stow there bags in the empty economy section bins. The same doesn't happen the economy passengers. If I ever see an economy passenger put a bag above me while I'm flying 1st, I always toss there shit in the aisle.

For me, it’s travelling in econ way behind with gold status so I get boarded first and I have free spaces everywhere in the back, while even business/first are fighting over compartments in the first rows.
This issue is especially true in domestic flights.
Long hauls have less of that kind of issue as people tend to check in their luggages. But yeah, airlines are increasingly gnomish nowadays.

Because checked luggages are not even included in long hauls since covid unless you have some status, which makes people take their luggages in cabin just to save a few bucks.

It's so fucking annoying having people bring these things on. No wonder airlines are starting to clamp down on them and saying that you have to pay extra for anything you can't potentially stash under your seat.

Lmaooo. On a fully packed plane, they announced that there'll be very little room on overhead. Please put all things that fit under the seat, under the seat. A few black ladies put their backpacks on the overheard regardless and held up the boarding process. Dunno what these are, but black people are an endless source of entertainment.

I just flew a 400 seat Airbus from LAX to Frankfurt. The thing that slow down boarding more than anything else is not luggage. It's people digging around for tablets and laptops while they stand in the aisles. I watched one arab old guy block his aisle for 10 minutes while he looked for his glasses. You line behind him streteched from the back of the plane to the front door. If the airlines could get everyone to sit first while they board, and then let everyone stand up and dig around, they could cut the boarding time in half.

    >bring a carry-on case
    >the crew goes full autist and weighs and measures it in hopes of making you spend extra
    >bring a backpack
    >exceed your allowed weight by 5kg, nobody even bothers to check
    Why does that always happen?

      >exceed your allowed weight by 5kg, nobody even bothers to check
I've seen airport people autistically check the weight and dimensions of backpacks, don't assume this is the case everywhere you go

I have the same experience. I go on business trips in my business attire and small trolley half of the time; half of the time I travel for fun, mostly with a big ass backpack. I only had the trolley scrutinized once, it's clearly small. BUT never has anyone checked my backpack. Ever. Even though I sometimes had way too much shit, eg. going on a ski trip or brought too many gifts to my friends that we traveled with. Clearly exceeding the weight and size requirements.
The most extreme case was when I had planned to check the backpack in. I brought like leftover shower gel and shampoo in 1.5 liter bottles, thinking I would throw them away at my destination and fill up my backpack with whatever I buy there. But the check-in desks were so insanely slow that after an hour of waiting I decided to head straight to security. The security agent was like "dude, seriously? like you seriously want to board with such big bottles of liquids? it's okay, just head in, they won't let you board with this giant backpack anyway, just go". At the gate they were busy making some guy in a suit with 2 bags having to pay extra for his second hand luggage. I boarded with my insanely large hand luggage and all my liquids just fine, and tried not to laugh out loud at the situation.

People who don't provide the courtesy of stepping aside or getting their luggage.
Yes, the line to leave isn't moving, but this shouldn't stop you from making an effort to get your luggage.
