Comfiest airports you've been to? SeaTac probably isn't high on the overall list but it was nice landing and seeing this monolith looming behind the evergreens.

Denver International and unironically LAX
>LAX
PDX
LAX is trash. PDX is amazing. Best part of that shitstain of a city.
Newark, right before you land, seeing the Manhattan skyline outside the window is just a magical feeling.
Only cool thing about NWR, and it is pretty righteous to look out a window and see Manhattan.
keflavik was very comfy to stay overnight in but during the day it feels too cold and harsh. haven't really been comfy in any bigger airports
Istanbul airport is pretty awesome
It pretty much blows every other airport out of the water, besides maybe the Singapore airport from what I’ve heard
Just the fact that there is no free wifi at IST disqualifies, and no, 60 minutes per passport doesn't count, when even third world regional airports can give you unlimited free access.
I used to live in Nashville and fly into/out of BNA at lot. I think it's my favorite US airport. It gets enough traffic to have good routes but not so much that it's super busy. It's like DAL (another airport I like) with a little bit more breathing room and a full choice of airlines.
BNA is really close to areas where people live, which makes it convenient to be 15 minutes from the airport in 12 South, unlike DFW which is a solid 45 minutes away from anywhere worth going to.
For me it's the Kona open-air airport. I hate industrial cleaner smell of most airports.
Faroe Islands airport is kino.
SeaTac wasn't bad but its TSA was completely fucked. took longer to get through security at SeaTac than it did at JFK 3 days before Christmas
i wasn't really impressed by seattle in general
tacoma was a complete shithole
portland > seattle
Is it cheating to name small, low-traffic airports? Bismarck, North Dakota airport
Prague airport hands down.
SFO is a really nice airport. always impressed when I fly out of it
SAN
ZRH
PVD - no view but small and super comfy
steatac is the shit, one of my favorites. Good restaurants, Starbs everywhere, nice places to sit...as long as you're airside. Groundside it doesn't have much.
Changi airport lives up to its reputation. I had a layover of a few hours recently and it was amazing just to explore all the artificial garden stuff.
LGB is great. Never crowded, open air portions, birds flying around.
