Does anyone else not eat much while travelling on airplane?
I don't want to feel bloated as fuck and trying to digest food while I'm on a plane

I eat whatever they offer as complementary in-flight meal.
If they don't offer anything and the flight is longer than a couple hours I'll bring a sandwich.
I fast for the whole flight, regardless of how long it is. I've done it from Bong land to SEA dozens of times I'll eat when I get to my destination or if my stopover is more than a couple of hours. You don't need to fucking eat 5 meals a day every day like this pathetic Americuck have some fucking discipline you brainwashed animals
>American eats something
>eurofag: “HAVE SOME DISCIPLINE FATTY LOL”
>American ALWAYS eats something
FYP
pretty much this without being so disrespectfuly idiot, you just need water or a drink if you are allowed to, when you got to your destination you can eat whatever you want, I don't travel a lot but a consider meals in airport like souless shit.
I usualy eat whatever is offered as a meal, i enjoy most of these meals and im curious to compare different airlines on this regard. If flight is +5h and theres no meal I make samiches just like i have 19,2 bmi and i am fit but I just prefer to have something if i get hungry, mainly on day flights, but often i eat preperpared meals when im arrive at my destination/later.
Fasting is alright if you got subpar stomach that gives you willies and farts when you eat on the plane, its alright anon, no one is judging.
I make sure to bring something for the flight like jerky or crackers, but I rarely eat it.
i eat all food presented on airplane meals
the only thing i dont do is drink before or during flights. last thing I want is to be tipsy or hungover after/during an uncomfortable flight and having to wait an hour in customs with jetlag too. Idk how other people do it, maybe im just a bitch but i think it sucks and overly romanticized in films
I don't like it either. Even if its a domestic flight, no, I don't want to be drunk when I'm trying to deal with getting my ass out of the airport asap.
I'll have a cocktail as a treat if its complimentary sure but that's it.
Well i dont normaly drink, but i had 1 beer or glass of wine to help me go to sleep on transpacyfic/atlantic flights.
Does anyone else get the bloats and constipation from airline food?
I have a theory that airline food is designed to prevent you from shitting, to avoid congestion at the limited airplane bathrooms. Regardless the the food quality, I always feel constipated after eating airline food
Interesting theory... Every single time that I have travel abroad I get constipated within the first 2-3 days. Nothing that a cigarette and espresso cant fix (that's my trick), but hey, you might be onto something
I eat food but I try to avoid soft drink because I once had that severe intestinal pain from gas so I'm traumatised.
I also take a decongestant to make sure I don't get aerosinitus.
Although I think I'm celiac like my mum is so that probably is what fucked up my intestines.
Should have asked me bro... would have sucked that fart right out of your ass for you.
I don't eat much because I am a massive fanny who lives in constant fear, of the memory, of how badly travel sick I got as a kid. Even though I haven't thrown up on a plane, a train, or in a car for about 20 years.
I eat every meal and indeed, I feel bloated. I evacuate the gas by farting silently during the whole plane trip.
The passengers breathe the air that comes out of my ass. Glad to know it, anons?
I've kind of made it my rule to only eat free food on flight traveling days. Even if it is cross oceans and its a 26 hour total time, i wont eat anything but the one meal on the plane if they even serve that
You should opt for the vegetarian option, I prefer it over the meat options because they typically taste like shit.
>vegatarian
This can be even harder to digest and causes even more smelly farts!
