I was looking into visiting this place a few years back, never went but did lots of reaearch, I remember reading that Floripa is known for surfing and lots of Argentinian tourists (mainly there for the surfing) but not much else I can really recall. Never heard of a cooming scene there, mostly just seemed like a laid back, medium sized beach town.

If you are in Europe then visit Portugal, any big city such as Lisbon or Porto will have a few Brazilian BBQ restaurants.

I was there like 10 days ago, lived in jurere. Dead as fuck but you can still get pussy if you go to lago and the places around there. One good place is the newly opened fala marquinho. Really hipster place with a laid-back vibe and hot chicks. "coomer"-paradise is a myth like always, just have confidence and take care of yourself and you'll get pussy just like everywhere else in the world. Being white isn't a free pussy pass since the dudes there look pretty good (and sometimes white) already.
It's also a lot safer than the other places i visited in brazil if that bothers you. I would really advise going in the summer tho.
