Tbh I’m European, 55kg and this seems like a normal size for one person. The problem with americans is way deeper than you think. They are utterly fucked.

On the other hand yeah, Americans are disgusting pigs. Extreme portions and don’t forget to get 1 litter of sauce. Horrible.

You are a scrawny malnourished dwarf who can't afford food. Why are there so many midgets in Europe? Is it from pollution or lack of nutrition?

You are still fat. Muscles or not. It doesn’t matter and is unhealthy. Instead do some cardio and train your heart, you are so stupid lmfao.

It isn't, really. We have terrible work culture, which leads to eating shitloads of processed foods. We eat those processed foods because they're quicker, cheaper, and way more readily available than real food. We drive everywhere and never walk (because there's nowhere to walk). Same shit happens with bongs. So on and so forth.

Yes, but that’s what i was trying to say; the problem is deeper. It’s combination of shit ton of things.

it doesn't matter how long you walk, if you never get your heart rate up it's not cardio.

2 of the worst American burger places (mcdonalds & burger king) are also the most successful international, can a burger expert explain me how this happens? Five guys quite common in Europe too nowadays but it's expensive as hell, not the prices you'd expect when going for "fastfood", if i'm paying that kind of money i'd rather get a fancy burger in a restaurant.

Because in Europe it tastes SuperB (apparently in America it's shit?) and is often already super expensive for us and thus seen as luxurious, if burger is €5 for half of Europeans that is avg hourly rate. We don't have other better choices.

The problem isn't the portion size. The problem is that Americana eat 3 meals a day of that portion size, which is insanely unhealthy.

The size of large drinks and fries in America always catches me by surprise.

Still can’t quite understand how are Mericans complaining to be poor. In Europe the prices are equal, salaries 3 times as low, and you can’t even do shit because bureaucracy. At least we get “free health care” :DDD

My job earns me half as much as in the US, takes in the US is lower and houses in outer SF are comparable to here. I get health insurance sucks and is expensive but fuck all those Reddit types complaining how poor they are.
