You're not important enough for someone to plant drugs in your luggage and get you locked up abroad.
But yes, East Asia is pretty tight-assed about drugs in general. You could finger-rape a JK on the train and probably get a lighter sentence.
>Oi mate, I haven’t seen your bag yet. >Tell you what, take mine and go though customs and I’ll wait for yours and meet you later. >Get caught with a shitload of drugs.
If this tall tale is even true, this Bong retard deserved prison for being a total fucking mong.
I love this. The black migrants and smugglers treat the white English border guards like absolute shit, even while getting arrested. Nothing will happen and at the end of the day these guys are going home to a wife that won't put out, a frozen dinner and a barely livable apartment in an area filled with other black people who also treat them like shit and probably spit on them. You can see it in their faces. They hate their life but can't change it. The UK is so over. In 50 years there probably won't be any white English people left at all.
naah, i dont buy his story. he tried to make a quick buck with his friend and got caught, deserves what he got. but on similar note, thats a good lesson for all of us that stumbled across this story, dont carry anything for "friends" and i would go as far to say not even your family, theres many cases of young dudes tat try carrying drug for cartels, try to dissapear with the money and their family pays the price
As a migrant worker I regularly carry stuff for my friends and family. BUT I don't speak to the dodgy part of my family since decades. With the friends with whom we regularly exchange bags what we do is that we leave time to check the bag together, so that if the person carrying it gets questioned we know precisely what's in the bag. It's just part of expat/immigrant/whatever life, so much easier and cheaper than always mailing packages.
But you don't do this shit for random people... Oh and I wouldn't do this shit if I traveled anywhere with genuinely strict drug policies, this is just within the West. If I was an expat anywhere in SEA or wherever, I would never do this. Heck, I don't even smoke joints for months before going to Singapore, just to make sure I don't accidentally leave some traces somewhere on my bag or clothes. lol
So I also don't buy the story. He is either lying or is extremely dumb. Or both.
Japanese do not plant drugs in travelers bags. It is beneath them to engage in such trivial bullshit. It is much more likely somebody tried to bring drugs and was caught.
Japanese are not perfect but this behavior is not something that happens there.
If you were a drug smuggler, would you put $500,000 worth of product in a random stranger's suitcase? Then hope an airport baggage handler at the destination can open up a stranger's suitcase, throw their shit all over, and pull out drug packages before stuffing everything back inside and putting it on the conveyor, all while under heavy surveillance? Absolute bullshit.
Of course, everyone claims they had no idea they were smuggling drugs when they get caught smuggling drugs.
This. People are just being pussies, and I doubt they even travelled. What kind of drug dealer puts 500k in some random dudes suitcase never to see any profit back from it?

It doesn't need to be 500k. With 20k is worth. >Free blind mule >Almost zero risk for you, if caught the japanese police will put the random blind mule in prison.
If you had to pay for a mule the benefit would be less.

And how will they recover that drug bag?

Some japanese at the airport recover it before you touch it.
If they fail you serve 10-15 years in fuchu prison.
Basically no risk for them, all the risk to a random person
It's not uncommon for falsely convicted people to get imprisoned, and even from a pragmatic perspective, you shouldn't go out of your own way to drive volatile prisoners insane. Especially if they're eventually going to be released.
>They change your suitcase >Easy to demostrate your innocent in every country in the world with the video tapes >Japan judge with 100% conviction rate convicts you because muh honor. >Spend 10 years in prison
Not really. If a Japanese officer accuses you of something, it is absolute hell to prove otherwise because of their court system. Proving innocence for minor crimes like petty theft can take months or even years at a time, and Japanese lawyers will often recommend pleading guilty regardless if you actually are for that reason alone. That's why the conviction rate is so high.

There is a Japanese movie called soredemo boku wa yattenai which is just about that, and it's based on a true story.

woke up in max sec prison (foreigners can only go to max sec because 'there's no facilities for foreigners" in other prisons).
went to court, managed to get off lightly with a private $15k damages settlement.
his job laid him off, his visa was revoked and he was kicked out of his apartment because his employers and the town's community "didnt want to associate with someone that could've almost been a criminal".
he ended up just leaving the country, going back home and becoming a popular twitch streamer.

How is that different than the USA, where 90% of people plead guilty and 96% of those who plead not guilty are convicted?
Lawyers here suggest plea deals all the time.

The conviction rate is so high because Jap cops should, according to Jap laws and customs, only act when they are 110% certain in any situation. So if a Jap cop accuses you of some crime and it goes to court it's already stacked against you due to that fact alone.
It's not just the court system and the lawyers, it's that from the moment an investigation begins or an accusation of a crime is uttered by a cop that they must be extremely certain that you've done something that you should not have done
>smoking inside a restaurant? Totally ok! >drinking enough to pass out on the street? Totally ok! >smoking a blunt in your own apartment? I don't think so, 10 years in prison for you!
Kinda weird because weed is very prevalent there. Friend there doesn't have a hard time sourcing weed to smoke. Seems like the police don't give a shit.
The police very much do give a shit. It’s just a matter of if they want to arrest you.
If anyone has a grudge against you, expect the cops to be called and carried off at some point. Don’t annoy anybody and don’t carry anything on empty streets (police like randomly doing pat downs on men walking alone) because that’s another way they get you. But it’s not uncommon to see the news reporting on some actor or notable person who annoyed someone being arrested and their career permanently destroyed for one single weed crumb in their home.
>take holiday to amsterdam >take holiday to germany >take holiday to france >take holiday to any post soviet state >take holiday in italy >take holiday in america
no one cares what drugs you use >take holiday to sea
1000 years in jail+fines+banned for life
why? The rest of the world gets by just fine, Japan should bee seen when high as fuck
>>take holiday to amsterdam >>take holiday to germany >>take holiday to france >>take holiday to any post soviet state >>take holiday in italy >>take holiday in america >no one cares what drugs you use>The rest of the world gets by just fine, Japan should bee seen when high as fuck
Japan should probably be seen high, but that's not going to happen in our lifetime and you're very wrong about the rest too
What about prescription meds that aren't actual illegal drugs? If you accidentally bring in a little more than the allowed month supply, do they just confiscate it or would you get sent to jail?
you're bunch of sad schizos, that shit their pants with paranoid obsession.
Do you know what they rather want than you gaijin ass in one of their prison? Your money you spend in Japan with you fucking off to your country once you're done.
You're not important enough for someone to plant drugs in your luggage and get you locked up abroad.

Why just finger the JK? Go all the way and creampie it is
>finger-rape a JK on the train
What's a JK?
Japan Keikan
Schoolgirl, high school I believe, but don't quote me on that.
When I was in Pakistan they planted drugs in my luggage after they held me back at a checkpoint

Why couldn't the japan police just check the airport cameras?
Then it will be clear it wasn't Nick suitcase

Japanese are not perfect but this behavior is not something that happens there.
They put you drugs in US or European airports to Japan.
Your cages aren't secure when you give them to europea or US airport workers.
No, they only do that going to Korea. Japanese don't allow it.
They can put drugs in your case in every airport.
They put you drugs when going to japan and you are a blind mule. If in japan they take them off you are ok, if not you go to prison.
Nope. Only in Korea. Japanese don't allow it. Korea only problem that Japanese solved and don't have.
Even if there are more cases in korea it can happen to you too when going to japan.

Of course, everyone claims they had no idea they were smuggling drugs when they get caught smuggling drugs.
There have been toons of cases where people could after years demostrate their inocence.
We don't know how many people in shitty prisons are innocent for some drug dealers working at the airport.
This. People are just being pussies, and I doubt they even travelled. What kind of drug dealer puts 500k in some random dudes suitcase never to see any profit back from it?

Damn r u posting from prison anon-kun? Wow that’s amazing even Japanese prisons are kawaii~
I should do this so I get to stay in Grorious Nippon for 10 years!!!
Japan prisons don't respect human rights lol
based, criminals and prisoners shouldnt be treated like humans, you reap what you sow
It's not uncommon for falsely convicted people to get imprisoned, and even from a pragmatic perspective, you shouldn't go out of your own way to drive volatile prisoners insane. Especially if they're eventually going to be released.

Lol
Uguuu~ kawaii! I can’t wait to bond with oniichan in prison UwU I love aniki
>100% conviction rate
That's also because japan almost never prosecuted unless they're absolutely certain they can fuck you.
In the particular case you're mentioning, you'd get deported.
Not really. If a Japanese officer accuses you of something, it is absolute hell to prove otherwise because of their court system. If you are with drugs in japan you will get 10-15 years in prison, and will stay in japanese prisons at last 1/3 of the time.
How can you survive Fuchu prison without knowing japanese?
>10 years in prison
well, at least you're not going to be executed
Doesn't matter, I only travel with carry on because I'm not a fembrain
Japan's drug laws are retarded
>smoking inside a restaurant? Totally ok!
>drinking enough to pass out on the street? Totally ok!
>smoking a blunt in your own apartment? I don't think so, 10 years in prison for you!
Get fucked. Stoners and potheads are all fucking losers.
Makes me laugh a little as a result when I see japanese punks or metalheads and you know for a fact they've never even seen a line of coke.
I accidentally flew to Japan with a weed pen cartridge in my bag. I noticed 3 days after I arrived. I could have been fucked
3-4 years in a japanese prison lol
Sounds super fuuuun!!! I just love Japan so much and maybe 3-4yrs in prison is the easier than getting permanent residency!
Why the fuck would they do that?
To transform you in a blind mule for free.
>go to norway
>shoot a bunch of kids
>get placed in a luxury hotel for the rest of my life for free
Real shit?
That's coming here...

>step 4: return home
>step 5:...
>step 6: profit
I hope they have bread and water in prison.
You can choose rize or bread.
Most gaijin in prison choose bread as you only have 15 min to eat and bread is faster to eat for us.
How much did they spend on the bread physics? Is this a game about bread?
It's a baked animation, there's no fucking physics involved.

Japan is scary
I remember some years ago some sweden girl that changed their suitcase in the airport and was arrested for month in japan airport.
They finally discovered his suitcase in the sweden airpor without the ticket and was relased.
What about prescription meds that aren't actual illegal drugs? If you accidentally bring in a little more than the allowed month supply, do they just confiscate it or would you get sent to jail?
You could end months arrested like this guy.
We he tells every 2 sentences his father is billionare?
If tha japanese police arrest you what should you do? Stay silent the 23 days?
>In the airport they put you drugs in your case
what is this poorcel psyop lmao
There are some cases every month.
Yeah that means something like 1 in a milion but it could happen.
Don't go outside then, stay safe at home.
Just find another board to infect with your schizotypal delusions.
>There are some cases every month.
there are cases of people trying to bring drugs into japan every month
this
go be a terrified little schizo gay somewhere else
you are clearly obsessed with this train of thought
btw you can totally avoid this risk by traveling with a single carry-on backpack and not checking luggage 🙂
Most airlines makes you check in with shitty excuses like "no more space"
Literally never happened to me
They don't. This happens even less often than some random nog cracking open your hardshell and stuffing crack in there.
It happens to almos 1/4 of the people of the plane
It happens to most people if you fly a lot.
Why japan likes to arrest gaijin so much tbh?
Try Singapore next time
>>You end 10 years in japanese prison.
If you're a tourist they'd just put you on the next flight home and ban you
you're bunch of sad schizos, that shit their pants with paranoid obsession.
Do you know what they rather want than you gaijin ass in one of their prison? Your money you spend in Japan with you fucking off to your country once you're done.
