It was totally reasonable to lock the world down for 2 years. Kick family caregivers out of hospitals and let patients die from neglect in hospitals. Stop kids from going to school and getting routine vaccinations and normal socialization. Don't let people go to doctors or get checkups or surgery. Don't let people travel and see their families. Don't let businesses open up and make money.
But that's all okay as long as we can save a few obese 95 year old chain smokers with diabetes, lung disease and heart problems.
