Venice Canals neighborhood. Malibu. Getty museum. Getty villa. La Brea tar pits (honestly v interesting). Lacma. Near the sunken city which is fenced off theres the korean friendship bell which is nice. I like driving through the ports of la and long beach container terminals. Just depends on your interests.

Universal Studios is not one of the better parks in the area. If you really want to do it, go mid week. Don;t even think of going on a weekend. If you're into roller coasters, I'd strongly recommend doing sex flags instead, or even knottsberry farm. If you do Disney, get the fast pass or suffer the lines from hell.
Venice beach is pretty ghetto. Santa Monica is nicer.
Griffith Park is worth checking out. The getty is pretty awesome too if you're into museums. If you're into hiking, Eaton Falls and Monrovia Falls are both fun hikes and the waterfalls will be flowing because of the rain.
Clubs in LA are for homos, drug addicts and ghetto brown people. If you're one of those 3, you'll love them.
im staying in the hollywood area so thats why i chose things that were closer as i dont have a car. i'll keep those for next time when i'll stay much longer.
sunken city is fenced off? so i wont be able to walk around there?
have you even opened a map and seen where sunken city is in relation to hollywood?
If you're stuck using public transport/uber and you're staying in hollywood, the places you should prioritize are all the cities along sunset blvd from the coast to Downtown
just checked how far it was and i guess i wont go to that either oh well.
Checked
Last I was there summer last year there was a fence around it. Not a difficult one to hop, nobody watching it, just probably to protect them from liability if someone eats shit out there.
But yes, LA isn't the best place to experience without a car or a friend who has a car. As someone who's given tours around to friends and some near strangers, I couldn't imagine doing that with public transit. Hopefully you're not too autistic or fat because that would make it harder to make friends with carfags and jump fences.
