Not all Japanese food is healthy, but you also probably consume it in large quantities that even Japanese do not indulge in.

Anyways your complaint about your bowels is pretty stupid considering that you said you were "forced" to eat garbage to have "energy".

Your condition is self inflicted. Cut out the caffiene and refined sugar. Drop your calorie intact by 1/3rd. Fast for 24 hours once a week to clean out your digestive tract.

      >Not all Japanese food is healthy
Explain how Japanese are all thin AND the country has the longest life span of any country. I'll wait. Unlike goyslop in the US where everything sold has a cancer warning, Japanese food is pretty fresh and they will even heat up stuff for you at 711 unlike america.

The worst conbini store food is still healthier than something you could get from whole foods in the US. That's sad

        >The worst conbini store food is still healthier
You weebs are fricking insufferable. Just because something is unhealthier doesn't make the other thing healthy. You are seriously going to tell me this bento meal is healthy and eating it everyday won't have any negative effects?

          >proper amount of grains from local fresh rice
          >locally grown chicken chicken for protien probably made that day
          >egg for additional nutrients
          >sauce if you actually like it
          >550 yen

For that price you might be able to get a can of soup in the US which is so full of preservatives it won't expire for years. That shit builds up in you and makes you fat, die young, and go bald. Look at your average Japanese citizen full head of hair unlike most people here in the US going bald by 25, Japanese people lack obesity because the healthy food options, and they live well into the upper 80's unlike the US which you might make it to 70 where you die at work.

japan is just so much better than you have any idea or right to form an opinion on.

No, you're just a moronic weeb that thinks everything in Japan is perfect and all their food are healthy. Japanese nutritionists outright tell you to refrain from certain Japanese foods because they're unhealthy.

Yeah they sell lots of junk in Japan. The Japanese definitely walk more than the average American and have smaller portion sizes, but their food is far from perfect. You can get a pretty balanced meal from a konbini though that is likely far better than the fast food Americans eat daily. Sodas don't have free refills either.

Im 5'7" 155lbs and pretty muscular and have probably lost 3-4lbs in the week I have been here so far. A combination of walking, small portion sizes, and shit like onigiri being full of low fat fish or spicy cod roe and most restaurants serving unsweet dirt tea will burn some fat pretty quickly. Lots of carbs though and very little protein. Works if you want to be a walking twink, but good luck building any muscle mass over here, the whey at the don quixote or whatever the fuk its called is also much more expensive than in the U.S.

Permanent hair loss is based on genetics. Prolonged stress can only initiate temporary hair loss, as is commonly observed in Japan's culture due to being overworked.
Live a good life to 70 or a hard one to 85? Not like you'd ever get to choose.

It's very healthy. But as a tourist you often eat different than the average Japanese. Ramen, Gyudon, etc. everyday obviously isn't good for you. The average Japanese eats pickled veggies, good fish, sometimes meat together with a small portion of rice. And not huge portions for lunch and dinner but instead small portions several times a day.

Good nutritions and small portions that your body doesn't have to fight with. That's how you stay thin and live a long healthy life. Ramen and all the other food shops you encounter in and around stations is considered fast food and should be treated that way. Eat when in a hurry but don't make it your main dish.

"Why yes I am a culinary expert of Japanese diets, I've seen several anime!"

The average Japanese person still eats a pretty shit meal all things considered in terms of a properly balanced diet. Where people get confused is thinking thin = automatically healthier, which isn't always the case. Portions being smaller + having to walk far more than other countries = better overall management of weight and support for cardiovascular shit.
