train for your trip by eating small portions.. that way when you are really hungry and ravished after a long day you wont get pissed off when they bring out those bullshit tapas

      >go to tapas with someone else
      >they order a load of fish that you can't eat
      >they insist on sharing all the dishes you ordered
      >you finish the meal still hungry as frick

I hate any cuisine involving lots of small dishes and I hate going out with meals for people who don't just order for themselves.

The only problem here is that you're a little princess because your parents failed to raise you. Alternatively you have some genetic defect.

spain is pretty awesome as a tourist, it offers just about every type of holiday activity someone might be into

sometimes staying in one to two comfy locations and taking day trips if you run out of local stuff is more enjoyable than travelling to somewhere new every 1-3 days, but it depends on how energetic someone is or needs to settle in for a night/morning

tell us what is planned so far
what you like or dont like or imagine yourself wanting to try whether specific or general

Why would you book tickets so far ahead of time lol? I was in Madrid last month. I bought the ticket 5 days before the flight. The price is the same

      >Why would you book tickets so far ahead of time lol?
I live in a small shitty latin american country, I bought tickets with iberojet which is the low cost airline for $900, Iberia was asking me for $1600 for the same things, but iberojet flights are only twice a week and they variate wildly, plus now that I have the tickes I can force myself to plan the trip
      tl;dr: I'm poor

Then it doesn't matter when he booked it.

Isn't Spain where that other anon felt really lonely? I am scared to go there as I don't make friends and would spend my time wandering around watching people drink and have fun while I die inside

Do the Camino de Santiago Norte variant and see and explore northern spain. Guaranteed to meet friends both international and local while walking through major cities like San Sebastian and Santander. Also experience small villages and hamlets and see culture outside of less traveled areas. The cheap can be done pretty cheap.

I’m also going in March, anon.
Day 1-3: Madrid with a trip over to Toledo
Day 4-7: Seville with a trip to Cordoba
    Day 8-10: Cadiz
Day 11-12: Extremadura, probably Caceres or Merida, but open to recommendations
Day 13: Back to Madrid for a flight home the next day

I’m doing most in-country travel by train or bus, if I need to. I wanted to focus my time in the southwest of Spain because I like colonial history and mid-March seems too cold still to go to the north or eastern coast. Any thoughts?

Ronda is great as an excursion, but might be a bit too far to be worthwhile.
You could also take a trip to the modern day colonial territory of Gibraltar.
