If I were to visit Hawaii as a tourist but decided to overstay forever, what are my chances of getting caught and kicked out?

It’s not a country anon
It's a very bad location to overstay indefinitely. Islands + lots of cops + lots of surveillance + hostile natives + nosy rich people + very few unoccupied simple labor jobs.
Isnt that the case of most US states? Also cops will not come to you unless you look sus right? I look fine im not black or brown
No it's not the case. Don't make hawaii baby's first illegal immigration adventure. They do their utmost to keep it from happening.
Not from what I remember from Texas, Mississippi and florida, but still 3 states is a little sample size I guess.
lies
Look at Waikiki. It's full of fucking hobos.
OP you can totally do it. What are they gonna do? Buy you a plane ticket? There's tons of homeless people just hanging out in the sun there. You can pick mangos from the random trees that grow around the island (I am talking about Oahu just to be clear). But yes the non-whites will fucking hate you. There are cops but they're just there to keep bums from fucking up vacation for the asian families spending money.
The hobos are American, not foreign. Any foreigner who gets picked up for anything and is flagged for overstaying their visa gets deported.
Come on now, not even the joses and pedros get deported most of the time, if the Hawaii state gave a fuck about their citizens then the islands wouldnt be littered with meth zombies, which most are felons
Illegal's are a slam dunk to get out of a state like Hawaii
Homeless? Not so much. They have natural rights and those of a citizen, also trying to get them or any airline to take a possible HIV/Hepatitis/whateverfuck else infected person onto a plane for 5 hours and not cause something that could be an issue is hard.
>be OP
>get pulled by a cop
>play the retarded meth addict card
>Nothing hsppens
Is that easy
The US has the most lax immigration enforcement in the world. Hardest part is finding someone to hire you under the table.
If you're a US citizen they can't really do too much.
If you're foreigner they can kick you out because the locals will rat on anyone
Why Hawaii when theres loads of little barely populated islands in the pacific that arent US clay
Very high. Why would you try?
