I'm a remote tech worker in the US looking to go spend 2-4 weeks working remotely somewhere warm for my birthday in a couple months.
Money is not really a limiting factor, but I'm not trying to ball out that hard.
I only speak English and I've never been outside of North America so I don't really know what I'm doing elsewhere.
Places that have an expat scene where I could expect to meet some more experienced travelers than my self that speak english would be nice.
Places that have a favorable view of Americans where I might actually get laid also get bonus points, but I'm not really worried about it.
Bali, Mexico City, Santhiago, Malta, San Juan, Cape Town and Madeira are top of mind but I'm open to anywhere that looks interesting.
I'm not a sperg, but I am pretty introverted so I'm trying to pick a place where it will be easy to come out of my shell so that I don't accidentally blackpill myself on international travel.
Where should I go?
After doing more of my own research I think Madeira, Canggu and Split are my top choices.

Canngu. Bali is full of Australian Chads and Staceys who are there for sex and partying. If you want to go to Bali go up to the mountains or one of the coastal areas on the other side of the island away from Kuta/Denpasar. Bali (the built up areas) is basically Cancun/Tijuana tier
