a hair transplant is not a one fix all solution. if you want to save your hair, you have to take finasteride or a another drug from the same class.

also, if you're white, you probably will bald at some point in your life

sure. ill do whatever it takes to not be one of these fricking sea urchins

I don't hate them. They make us young decent looking guys look good in comparison.

yea but they inevitably hold you in contempt for encroaching on "their" barstool fiefdom so frick them

        [...]

no being bald is a social death sentence and a need for scorn. its like pre-pedophile.

I got a transplant at 27 and it was worth every penny considering the rise in life quality. But I always saw it as a temporary thing, because the rest of my non-transplanted hair will continue to fall out as time passes. I don't mind going fully bald when I'm past 35. I've already settled down and past that age your quality of life doesn't really take a hit if you turn into a baldie since other things begin to outweigh looks

im happy to hear that. can you tell me how where you were on the scale and how many grafts you did? I'm somewhere between 2 and 3 right now

2200 grafts in Istanbul at a top 3 clinic.
Was a 3 in that picture and been a 1 ever since.

I'll just give you some more info in case you ever decide to go through with it since I did a ton of research beforehand because I read so many horror stories from people going to shitty clinics. Go to the IAHRS website, which is an invite-only organization for the most elite hair transplant surgeons in the world. Check out their members list and find a surgeon in whichever part of the world you want to get it done. US/EU is 2-3 times more expensive than Turkey for the same result.
Oh, and your hair WILL look like shit for 2-4 months after the transplant so the best time to get it done is when you're in between switching jobs and have unlimited time off

My hair has always been thinning but it lasted me for most of my 20s. Now that I'm in my 30s, I don't give a shit. Buzz cuts look great on me and women my age love it.

Never had to take troony drugs or get any expensive hair transplants.

Also drinking and socialising with the native population through body language and improvised gestures.
