lol. Irvine. By a long shot. Lower crime, no homeless, no blacks, not in LA county. The whole coast from Newport Beach to La Jolla is amazing.

Irvine is so fucking soulless and boring. I hate it there. The only people you meet are tech bros, parachute Chinese kids that go shopping every day and white Karens.

OP you want to live in Costa Mesa or Huntington Beach. I love HB. Everywhere in OC is way less pozzed than LA. As soon as you cross from Long Beach to Seal Beach it feels like a completely different country.

Costa Mesa is like 6 minutes from Irvine. You can easily drive there and hang out if that's your scene. But why would you want to live on the Mexican side of the tracks? Coastal Huntington Beach is cool, but you either have to live further inland near the lowlife element, or pay $4000 a month in rent to live in the nice area by the beach.

Look in Irvine around the Spectrum. The Chinese kids and white Karens in Irvine are much better neighbors than the fucking Mexicans who pack 15 people and 100,000 roaches into every apartment in Costa Mesa.

Santa Monica by a longshot, first guy is so fucking boring he must be a 45 year old man that goes to work and goes home and never does anything else

Santa Monica is literally the heart of SOVL in Los Angeles. You will have a blast living there

yes and only old people live there. it fucking sucks for any normal person who wants to leave their house and interact with society somewhat

literally only makes sense for very rich old people or UCSD professors

If you look like this, or darker, Santa Monica. For anyone lighter, Irvine.

Old gnomish people specifically. I had a friend come visit and he asked me if it was a gnomish holiday or something because he saw so many of them, I just died laughing and said dude we're in the most expensive part of San Diego.

Santa Monica is a phenomenal place to live if you have the money. Irvine is boring and I wouldn't want to live there broke or rich

If you're trying to raise a family or something, Irvine.

If you're trying to enjoy yourself, Santa Monica.

Literally no reason to live in Irvine. Expensive and boring. You can go somewhere cheap and boring instead
