Is California safe to visit? I've been thinking about visiting, but all the homeless people thieving and shitting over the place feel like a big turnoff.

Actually, better question, are there any large cities in the US that aren't ridden with drugged-up homeless people? I want to travel but every single major city looks like a shithole.
Boise
There aren’t any.
Nah bro Yosemite looks like skid row now
>wife's daughter got raped in the death valley homeless camp again
every time...
Cuck Falifornia! (switch first letter in each word)
Has nobody ever actually been to an actual dangerous city? What happened to street smarts? California sucks, but people on SighSee act like it's fucking Mogadishu.
I'm from fucking Colombia and LA looked like a bloody warzone lmao. Your country is fucked
perhaps they want to relax and not be on high alert every time they are outside
I live north of LA in a town called Glendale. Here's the rundown
Pros:
>good food
>literally one million things to do/places to visit
>generally nice weather
>large amount of various cultural diasporas means lots of variety (im Armenian+American and there are a lot of us here which is pretty important to me but probably not you)
>beautiful mountainous landscape and easy access to sea for all kinds of physical activity
>pretty good social programs for things like education
Cons
>too hot too often
>expensive (where isn't these days though)
>carbrained city: bad traffic and public transit
>homelessness is still a crisis, as it was in the 80s
Use your eyes and your brain and you'll literally be fine
Avoid Hollywood
I like it here, despite the negative press
