Why do you say this? I’m going to Ireland next year and one of the things I really want to do is visit some country pubs and drink with the locals. Are Irish people not friendly?

Checked out this place on Daft.ie (misery porn site posing as a property site) and this is located in picrel. A good distance from Kenmare/Killarney which are small/mid-sized towns by Irish standards. Also
    >The property of approx. 3000 sq. ft has been partially finished and requires further work to be completed by the new owners to make the property comply with planning. Planning reference www.kerrycoco.ie ref 06/927.
Have fun dealing with >our shitty planning permission laws.
That said it would be good to move to with a car and a distance working job, and yes it would be very comfy.

Granted looking a bit more at Daft (and dying that bit more inside), a lot of the places in this price range would require a good amount of work to bring it to standard. All these places are cheap but in the middle of nowhere. Anywhere people are moving to for work (even in poor state) are super expensive hence why housing is such a problem here.

It was more something I took interest in to see what a house that price would be like. See how all my advice in

relates to the general housing situation. Obviously I know better than to think OP would actually move there dipshit.

There's a systematic invasion of Ireland by non-whites right now, worse than at any other time in history, I'd go why you can.
