There's not much there besides the museums. One day in the Munch, one day in the National Gallery, then hop on the night train to Bergen.

I guess for being the largest city in Norway, it's cool.

Bergen is way more unique than Oslo, albeit smaller.

      How's the cooming in Oslo?

Buy the girls sweet drinks and wear a condom.

The nature is pretty sick there. I took the train to Kjelsås and hiked around Maridalsvannet. Then I hopped on the ferry to Lindøya, the cabins are really nice there. I guess Tjuvholmen and Sørenga are cool as well.

It's perhaps great to have nature 30 minutes from the city center, but Nordmarka is a holy cow piece of shit agricultural forest. Was Oslo your only stop?

Night life is really hampered by the strict beverage serving laws and high taxation on alcohol. It's essentialy dead before 11 pm because people drink at home until they're evicted by neighbor complaints, and then when you're finally in and have bought a drink, the music stops at 2.30 am and your stuck waiting for a taxi along with the rest of the city.

Yeah, I'm a hungarian poorgay, so Oslo was my only stop, I spent two days there. The nature is way different compared to my country, so maybe that's why I really liked it.

It was quite chill to walk along Akerselva, and then bathing at Frysja was an experience on its own as well.

It's wrong to be Hungarian, please apologize.

That architecture looks grim post-modern as frick. Why do they build stuff like this instead of classy stuff like in the 1500s-1910s?

      Oslo is boring and dull

But you don’t go to Norway to spend more than 24h in Oslo. Unless you are moronic.

I went to Oslo in June, it was full of Somalis and Arabs. Might as well go to Mogadishu, it will cost 99% less and you will have same experience. The second day I went to western side of the city and it was a bit better but still not worth it.

No, it's the shitties city in the country on account of it being overwhelmingly a hive of liberals and illegal immigrants.

Seeing as temps are not forecast to exceed 68 F / 20 C over the next week in Oslo, I'd say yes...
    Oslo is pretty cool.

Went last September for a long weekend, Its not great in honesty.
The munch gallery was good, nice bar at the top too. Also the Fram museum is really good. The viking one was shut for renovation.
Nightlife was pretty lively but a lot of young girls with black men

When I was there Oslo was full of Arabs and Black folk. It was the only bad part of Norway. Go everywhere else - alesund, tromso, geiranger.

I found it incredibly boring...like they planned the city to be as boring as possible. The "palace" looks like a hospital.

People say it's boring, but i have fun there. Nice museums and parks, beautiful architecture, great nature. The food and party scene sucks (unless you like metal concerts) but that's not what's important in travelling IMO.

sweden is comfy but because of paganism or something, it's like the people there are a little weird. They're sort of like canadians in a way how they have it so nice but kind of ruin it anyway due to mental illness, and they're supposedly happy and nice but there's like seediness underneath from somewhere. sweden and denmark and them have a half socialist system so i think people are kind of stuck in whatever life they have so they just kind of drink coffee and relax all the time. they dont work much cause half the economy is socialized. so it seems like a very rural and slow boring but comfy life with a good bit of taxation and low economic output but some opportunity to do something with your life somewhat

Oslo is nice to live in, boring to visit. You can however encounter forest rave parties if you know the right people or walk in the woods at around 12-6 in the morning. Clubs suck because alcohol is expensive, therefore you should go to a house party instead. Norwegian girls are really boring, but really hot. Use the app called Jodel to find afterparties and you will be invited home to a bunch of people. Lastly there are some nice museums, you can creep on naked people at Huk and you can ride a $70 zip line at Holmenkollen if you are moronic.
