    Who defines morals?

If you belong to a religion, then yes.

In the eyes of society thanks to religion and activists, yes.

But the fact that people are going there and paying money, rather than just raping and pillaging like they would have done over the centuries, is I think a fair transaction.

People will always do jobs that make them more money than back-breaking work for peanuts. These girls could be in the rice fields, but they've gone to the city to make more money from sex, send money home and try to secure a future that would be unachievable in the same timeframe via other means.

I personally don't deal with pimps or organised crime, but I don't see the problem with freelancers or people just doing a job in the industry.

No, if you ever visited a country that supplies the demand for sex tourism, you'd understand how it hurts literally no one (except maybe the tourist's ex wife's feelings).
This of course doesn't include trafficking, which is coercion and is definitely wrong.

If people want to sell their bodies to make money it's their choice, I don't think there is anything morally wrong about it. You are paying money to engage in a service that both parties are interested in.
The problem is when prostitution is a result of human trafficking, or exploitation; this is very common all over the world. Women and men are trapped into selling themselves by pimps or mama-sans. It's common to see mothers sell their children to pimps or rich foreigners, or for women to be kidnapped from a war zone. So, yes it is morally wrong because of the immoral actions that lead to them selling themselves. Unless you can find a real, organic prostitute, which is probably less than 1% of all prostitutions on the planet.

1%? Give me a break. How did you come up with hat number? This thread is about sex tourism. No sex tourist will find an exploited prostitute unless they actively go looking for one in a country that does not cater to foreign sex tourists.

9/10 the reason sex tourism exists in said country is because it was historically the case and the locals engage in it and want to profit off it. For example, sex slavery was the norm in SEA so if any Asian identity zoomer tries to shame you about it they are a moron. Or Colombians who engage in drogas and putas way before passport bros and Reddit tech Black folk found the place

      >why are so many prostitutes in Europe Romanian?
Many are actually Russian. But have you visited Romania at all? You'll see most of their infrastructure is from their 1970's Communist times and even only recently around 2004 where things started to take a turn for the better. So imagine growing up with their version of Boomers who know nothing but living under Communism. A young person would want to do better instead of languish in a country where most people still are feeling the old world and grow vegetables and livestock in their back yard for fear of starvation. Unfortunately, they are being overrun by their local mafia or international mafia. Visiting there you will also notice how many random "pharmacy" or casinos are around.

  16. 10 months ago

Objectively? No. It's consensual. And if you're talking about prostitutes specifically, you're giving them more money then they could ever make normally.

    From some religious perspective? Yes

From a modern political activist perspective also yes. Just like factories are "exploiting" 3rd world labor. What this logic forgets though, is that without all that, they'd just be dirt poor and starving. SEA had economies that relied on backbreaking rice farming. There's no surprise that everyone there prefers working in sweatshops or opening their legs. Being their customer base is morally neutral.

In terms of self respect; Yes. Normally getting laid happens cause you're good enough for women to want to frick you. Sex tourism means you're lowering the difficulty setting/ your standards. If you travel there anyway, and sex with locals is just a side benefit, then there's nothing wrong with it.

      >f you travel there anyway, and sex with locals is just a side benefit, then there's nothing wrong with it.

this is something that doesn't get mentioned too much. you go to SEA as a decent looking white guy and you are going to get p4p pussy offered to you CONSTANTLY. if you're 3 beers in and some qt3.14 thai girl offers to frick you for $40, thats hard to turn down.

it isn't "immoral", just a lot less respectable then getting girls normally. Like, if you're travelling across the planet to scrape the barrel for sex, that's just sad. That's why wrong "in terms of self respect", not "immoral" .

I think it's aesthetically unpleasant but not morally wrong. It is still tourism so it does have the same effects of boomers going to see some old building or a famous swamp. The problem with the adult industry in general is that it tends to attract the worst elements of society in both sides of the transaction. Drugs, robberies, homicides follow places like that (specially the cheap ones). But its similar to the effects of club culture tbh.
I don't mind paying for sex nor do I think its wrong. I actually think it's less bad than ONS. I just would not go to the other side of the world to only (or as my prime reason) have sex, whether paying for it or not.
I also do think it's quite sad that some places are remembered only because of that but I guess it should be blamed on the locals since it's their country to fix.

          >barrel for sex
I do agree but one could also use a luxury escort service where he would be dealing with models (some who are really models) and in the top 20, sometimes top 1% of the local population. Obviously that would be very expensive and there would not be any need to travel to do that unless you have a really exotic taste and you're from a very conservative and/or homogeneous society.

Depends on where you’re going to and how you handle it. You might be seriously financially helping out some poor prostitute in a 3rd world country. Don’t be a creep, keep it transactional/discreet and don’t fall in love with her - probably fine. Don’t get her pregnant either, though it’s likely she could be trying to baby trap clients. And also, don’t brag about it online or anything - just makes you look like a loser. Of course it also helps to be the kind of person who doesn’t need sex tourism to have sex; it’s a lot less weird and embarrassing when a normal dude pays for an escort or whatever versus some turbo virgin incel spending betabux.
It IS cringe to do sex tourism in developed countries. Weebs will be angry but that’s just because they’re insecure homosexuals

Part of maturing as a man is growing calloused and realizing that most "morality" is just bullshit to manipulate you into serving others for no reason and owning nothing and being happy. Once you start keeping an eye out for it, you'll notice how morality is almost always rooted in someone's self-interest. The male sex-drive is where it seems to hit the hardest. We've demonized male sexuality so much that I'm surprised we don't have open efforts to chemically castrate men. When someone tries to stop you from getting something on the basis of morals, ask yourself "If I have no authority to take it, what authority do they have to deny me it?"

He means you’re not allowed to buy any services or products from anyone, ever. Women are FORCED into working, don’t you see? Therefore you aren’t allowed to engage in any business with them, since the money keeps them wanting to be in that profession making money. But if you don’t engage in bsuiness with them, maybe they’ll.. erm.. not work.

Also you are obligated to give all of your money to women when you see them because they’re opressed. So you are allowed to see hookers especially on Onlyfans and give them your wallets, but you are NOT ALLOWED to get any services or products from them. Also if you pay them you’re a creepy incel who should be arrested, but also if you fon’t pay then you’re contributing to womens’ opression and should be arrested for hate speech.

TLDR give them your fricking wallet, chud! It’s totally not robbery.

    You know what’s morally wrong?

Women who for whatever reason entrap men, and make virtual slaves out of them, where in the end the only things they end up sucking are the joy from someone they supposedly loves life.

Like all markets sex tourism only exists to figuratively ‘fill a hole’ which is essentially caused by modern womens in developed nations appalling behaviour and attitudes.

Believe it or not NO MAN wakes up one day and thinks, you know I want to frick some b***h who looks and smells like a monkey, they do it because they simply don’t want to spend any more time with women who are utterly disgusting c**ts of things who’s only skill is inducing vomiting in others.

Women who argue sex tourism is wrong are blind to this fact and 100% the problem, who shame themselves in their attempt to shame others, and deserve the sanity warping crippling loneliness they endure.

Someone wants to have fun, and pay a few bucks for it? What fricking business is that of anyone’s?
Only the most miserable of c**ts has an opinion on it, and they should seriously consider suicide.

Morality is based on regions. Moral in Thailand is not moral in other places. Ethics is separate from morality, it crosses borders and cultures. There's nothing unethical about negotiated and consensual sex among adults. Marriage in the West is also a form of negotiated sex in exchange for tangible and intangible things. If you suspect that the woman you're paying to have sex with you is forced to do it, then you've crossed over the ethical line, imo. Funding that kind of slavery is participating in it. Absolutely everything else is fine.
