Language Learning Apps

Haven't seen a thread about this in a while, what are you m8s using? I'm normally on Interpals and after just recently switching to HelloTalk, can't believe how much more active it is. I get like 15 new people a day messaging me and 18-year-old QT girls spamming emojis and good morning messages if I don't reply to them. I ignore most of them and a few will try talking a week later. Is this how it feels to be a Stacy?

Absolutely fricking not. It is garbage for Asian languages.

Apps aren't a good way to learn a language. Go to SighSee's /lang/ generaland talk to them there. Basically read real material in the language, translating as you go.

At least for Chinese what was best is learning the basic vocabulary with Anki, then moving to games/books/visual novels. Children's shows like Peppa Pig are unironically great for listening practice.

yes, i felt like stacy when using interpals. Gets difficult to keep up with all the messages after a while. Start to get why girls just go for chad because who can be fricked replying to some 3/10 who says "hi" when you can just reply to the hottest ones

also frick indonesian girls. They are all giga-flirty but then just fall back on their religion if you try and escalate things any further. "oH TEEHEE im muslim we need to get married"

            not him but he's right
if you actually travelled to muslim countries you would know every other guy brags about having fricked a virgin girl's butthole since it doesn't take their virginity, lol

Not him either but he's right as frick. Muslim men and pol are autistic and incel as frick about virginity so Muslim girls will save their hymen for their husband but will let every joe shmoe plow their butthole.
            >Mfw first anal experience was with Pakistani girl I met in Thailand
I visited a few Arabic countries too. It's WAY easier than people expect it to be and the girls are very nice too.

You can still frick them though. They are ultra clingy afterwards, some are schizo-tier.

I found that all these apps are just an excuse to e-date and flirt anyway. You are not going to learn a language just over text. You must live it so unless you're traveling to a place where the language is spoken, then you are wasting time grinding and memorizing shit you will end up forgetting shortly after. I use only interpals before I travel to places and fricked one girl from there that I spoke with for less than a week. i texted her saying i come to visit her country and asked for tips. I'm talking to another girl from a different country I'm planning to visit soon but since my trip is 2 months away I don't really put much effort into it yet. It's hard to keep up with interpals though because if it's only virtual then I will lose interest after a while and not use it for weeks.
I found that the best way to practice languages/coom is just to set up tinder/bumble/whatever popular dating app there is in your travel location when you land and let the free initial boost get you some matches

What? Does it really boost you whenever you change locations?

Use Clozemaster. I use it free. There is a daily limit to it in free but I'm okay with it. It just repeatedly teaches you phrases. No grammar no bullshit you straight up see phrases on your screen and try to guess what to put in the empty word. It has taught me a lot.

Clozemaster used to be great but they clamped down way to hard on monetization and basically killed. You can get he same result with anki but you need to find a good deck
