On wednesday I had an 8 and a half hour flight departing at 2:30 pm and arriving at 6 am local.

On wednesday I had an 8 and a half hour flight departing at 2:30 pm and arriving at 6 am local. I got home and slept for 3 hours at around 10am. It's now been 24 hours since then and I couldn't sleep all night. It's now 9:30 am.

What the frick do I do? I don't think I can manage to not sleep till midnight. If I take a 2 hour nap in a few hours, will I be able to fall asleep normally at like 12-1 am?

    Nothing. Pills will just make it worse. They don't change your circadian rhythm. You'll just feel drowsy and more miserable.

    I find staying outside in the sunlight helps resetting things, but if you can't stay awake, take a nap, and delay the reset for a while.

    Usually switching time zone or from nightshift to day i nap on the couch so I don’t do a full sleep and I suffer with energy drinks and waste 2 days of my life
