It isn't going to be ok. Everything you suggested is a literal cope and both of you are wagies that will need to work the next 40 years.

      >I am never wageslaving again

How do I escape this nightmare? Only thing I can think of is getting a good job, investing and saving up enough over 15 years to be able to make a steady 2-3k passively

Just inherit property. That‘s the only way now that the covid stimulus fueled crypto/stock bubble has popped.

Just find a job you enjoy anon. The whole concept of "wageslave" basically just means you slave away at your job to just barely live off your wages.
Find a job that you think actually sounds like fun and go for it. Don't feel pressured to take a shitty job and don't let people tell you that you need a shit, miserable job like them.

    >one week left to decide and book everything

Book everything? What is your destination?
You only need to book the flights and one or two nights for your arrival.
You can then use the internet to make reservations or go directly to the place you are staying.
