Overstay Schengen?

EU schengen country.

I am a us citizen so I don't think I am a huge risk, and the immigration in this country is really slack. But I have overstayed a bit. Several months.

Say what you want but it's not my fault, I came with a purpose to be resident, my host deceived me I guess so when I went for a permit to stay it said I wasn't a resident. I had so many issues here and not much help. I had to start it all over, it's very hard to find a place and settle in with horrible bureaucracy here. So by then my stay ran out, and I had thought it was settled to get a residence permit.

That being said I had a Canadian friend who was traveling and purposely overstayed and didn't seem to care, I don't think he had any trouble leaving and did not pay fines, but he has not come back since he was just a tourist. But I need to come right back. I'm just reseting my entry to get a permit, now I have residency but not legal visa. I'm also in the process to be a citizen here so I have to come back for that. I can't even work and I am restless and bored and running low on funds.

Oh, judge me if you want but will they let me back in and forget whatever fines? I'm really worried about it.

Just say you don't have any money, which is why you had trouble leaving. They can't force you to pay the fine on the spot, they might(probably not) charge you if you try to come back.

    >sorry I don't have any money
    >I'm going back to my country to work sorry
    >sorry I can't pay it I have no money
Etc. They can't detain you for a fine.

They can still issue a fine. Not paying it within specific time limits nets further fines. It's not an issue if OP is never coming back, but that's clearly not the case. You think you're the only person who thought of saying lul i got no cash

Lol are you stupid? They can't and won't put you in jail for not paying a fine. If you're not a resident they have no way of getting the money from you.

How do you think all these criminal gypsy homosexuals and Africa filter through the justice system racking up fines but never suffering any real consequences?

They just don't pay, then they sneak back in. Laws and rules are only for people who believe they exist (aka whites). You wouldn't believe how different the world actually is when you just stop playing along with all the bullshit brainwashing that was done to you.

Several months won't be good. They'll fine your ass. Better hope you don't get banned. Not sure if there are any loopholes around.

Just change your name or use two passports. Usually that does the trick. Most countries dont check as thoroughly.

        >use two passports
        >Get in EU with A passport
        >Get out EU with B passport
        >Try to get in EU with A passport
        >The passport tells to the customs that you're still in EU
        ???
if you can't use A passport to enter EU anymore, what's the point of using second passport?

Go to your embassy and say that your passport was stolen newbie. They'll issue you an emergency passport and you should get away scot free. Else you'll get a €100 fine and a two year ban from the schengen that's all

        >Go to your embassy and say that your passport was stolen newbie
I think it's very clever idea. i'll keep in mind this.

You might not even be able to leave using passport B as there isn't a record of you having entered the Schengen area.

I meant if he gets banned. Also I believe there are ways to “semi-legally” cross the border in and out. You don’t receive a stamp and maybe you could convince the security guy, I don’t know where those places are though. Maybe he won’t even notice it’s expired, I don’t know.

I hope you can work this out man, good luck, let us know. The European bureaucrats at least in the West are rather socialist, I believe if you treat them well, the might too. Idk though. Gl

            You're in a tough one
honestly might be worth getting your passport and just wait it out. They can't do anything about your border violation then, I think worst case a fine as they can't ban an EU citizen from EU. Not sure what the legal situation is... are you some Argentine waiting for Italian government?

Exactly they can't ban me once I am legit. I may not even have to leave afterall, just wondering.

I am a resident, I just missed the dealine to get the permit. It happens. Locals think this country sucks too. People don't like to work, and they won't. And they recently changed laws to make ir harder for Africans to come here. Anyone already here is fine, but as it is if there parents are foreigners they cannot become citizens until 18 anyway, so they can't leave Europe. For Romani people they are European, they can't kick them out, they just wander.

You sound like a mentally ill moron. You should probably go home and live with your parents, since you are apparently incapable of caring for yourself.

Not being mean, you legit sound unwell. Go be with your family.

I don't have any family lmao, why do people always assume someone is mentally unstable with a loving family back home, this isn't a Lifetime movie. You got to stop projecting your schizophrenia on us all.

Oh yeah I didn't read to the end. If you are resetting your visa and you are white they will fine you and make your life a living hell, because they know are you passive cuckcattle and also have no advocacy.

If you're brown just play stupid and they will let you back in.

Sorry thought the thread wasn't getting traction and forgot. So to address everyone, yeah I can't afford fines and the worst part is being banned since I applied for citizenship and have to be here to pick up my papers when its done. So I would get banned for technically a country I am a citizen of once its complete, but always was technically by descent. But you know governments don't work like that and need proof documents. I have a lump of money but trouble accessing it, and so now I can risk not getting back in and getting money, or going elsewhere to work illegally until I am legal to be here. And worse I feel so sick now I might need to go to the hospital.

I'm getting tired of people here blaming me for this... I think all of this stress, cold, and a possible autoimmune disease are making me horribly sick. I can't digest food, I can't feel my toes, I keep drinking water and shivering in bed. I went outside for sunlight and I let fresh air in but I feel dizzy and can't stand up. My bigger problem now is my health, then money, then status.

I'm not trying to complain, I just expected things to go better for me. I even have some Ukrainian woman getting on my case, because she has to work and leave her country, when she's still better off than me right now. Sorry for your country but your town was never in war, and you left and get free entry to any country, housing, and work. I don't. I don't even have family.

Anyway guys either I recover in hospital and try to work meantime or leave and be barred from entry before I can get a dual passport. Also yes I already talked to my embassy, they are trying to help me too. I'll just be positive.

I envy the privilege of being able to be this moronic and still be fine. There's a real cost to making mistakes like this when you're 3 world, you can't afford to be this stupid

Would need to know the country to really give any specific info but honestly you should be fine if you just wait until you get your passport, if not then make sure you leave through Spain/Portugal/Italy/Poland since they tend to care less about overstaying.
