I'm a poorfag but because of a family emergency I have to be in Spain for a month. I'm looking for an apartment or room near Valencia (within a 50 mile radius or so).
What are my best options? I don't have any experience renting or whatever. Airbnb is too expensive for me, but I was hoping I could rent a cheap room (<400€ preferably). Should I go through a real estate place or are there facebook groups? I'm a total nooblette
I would appreciate any info or advice
*masturbates furiously over your face* oh yeah you like dont you you little slut *cums* HNNNNGGG yeeeah you fucking bitCH OOH MY GOD
Charming
I'm an EU citizen, by the way.
>AirBNB too expensive
This is one of the most disgusting realities especially since it was originally made to be a cheaper alternative to renting. God I fucking hate capitalists.
Yeah, the best I've found is in the 20-25€ range a night. While that's probably in most people's budget, it isn't in mine. A whole month would cost upwards of 600 euros.
I've looked at some real estate sites and there seem to be rooms or really basic studios for rent for less than 350, but for some reason I'm a little hesitant to go through a realtor.
I don't have any social media, but maybe facebook groups would be a good place to go looking? I'm not sure
No, you don’t understand. Competition was supposed to drive down the profits, not increase them!
Real capitalism has never been tried
>Real capitalism has never been tried
Not even sure if you're being ironic or not because plenty of retards have actually used that as an "argument" here
just find a hostel
If you just want a room use "idealista". But nobody would rent one for just month.
It isn't impossible but OP will have to find a unicorn.
Look up idealista and see if you can find ant short term let's. Contact rental agencies directly. They might rent out for one month but you'll need a deposit and pay some fees. I rented a place in city center of Valencia for four months. Paid deposit and utilities. Agency fee was quite steep and I think I got ripped off bur I didn't care. Paid half than what is the cheapest Airbnb that is in worse location. Similar location would've been 2.5 or 3 more. Airbnb is fucking gay. I use it sometimes for the convenience but that shit has single handedly driven up housing inflation and fucked up housing markets in many places were locals can't afford rent because Airbnb fucks it up.
Thanks for the advice. Did you go any offices directly or did you do all the contacting and stuff online?
Also, did you have a good time in Valencia?
Are the ones offering just one month a scam, then?
I sent them a message before I even arrived in Spain. Then went in person for the viewing. I liked it and I paid the day after. Moved in on my 3rd day.
Also make sure the paperwork they send seems legit. Don't do cash unless it's agency fee. Translate it all. Might not be scams. Just give them a call. Some will do remote viewings but I'd honestly go in person.
Thanks, that's great advice.
