Basically I'm going get a 20k bonus (roughly 14k after taxes) and want to do a round the globe trip. I plan on flying US->Europe and ground travel to SEA via Middle East then fly back to US.
Anyone done anything like this? How feasible is something like this?
Also most likely to do early 2023 to get around job schedule.

middle east is a shithole. You should take the Trans Siberian express to Vladivostok. After that, I have no idea. Swim to Japan or something

$14k won't get you far. Inflation has been ravaging for some time now and $14k is barely enough to feed the average American family for 2 months
