Are there any places other than America where you can go rent and shoot guns? Preferably not with gangsters or militarized insurgents.

Yes, lots of them.
>Preferably not with gangsters or militarized insurgents.
Low quality bait.
Czech Republic
do you mean rent to carry with you are just shooting at a range, because you can do the latter almost anywhere
I knew a dude from Yemen who said it was full of rusty old shite but that you could shoot them anywhere
Cambodia.
Eastern Europe and the Batics
I shot lots of guns in Poland. Ak47, Walther PPK, P90... Paid 50 euros and shot 7 different weapons.

>full-auto is banned
>magazines restricted to 5 rounds on semi-automatic centerfire rifles & shotguns
>magazines restricted to 10 rounds on handguns
>AK47 & AR15, two of the most popular rifle platforms, are banned (AK47 was pretty much always illegal, and AR15 was banned in 2020)
>large/high-energy calibers (such as .50 BMG) are banned
>a lot of guns in general were banned in 2020
Also handguns are basically banned so good luck getting one.
any good places in or near pattaya?
Yes, actually. Funnily enough, they hosted the IPSC World Handgun Shooting Championships at the THPSA Shooting Range (about 30 mins outside of the city) a couple months ago. Maybe try there. There's also Pattaya Shooting Park.
You can in Vietnam
Most states, but Nevada, Arizona, and Texas are probably the best for it.
If you go to Colorado Springs I'll meet up with you. There's a place called Dragonman's, you can rent full auto guns and the owner has the largest private military museum in North America.
Czech Republic, Poland. Not sure why you'd want to if you're an American unless you really want to shoot some unobtanium gun like an SVD and you're not just going there for tourism.
Many ranges in the US rent guns (for an extra fee) so that people can try out different things. Say you might want to buy a Sig Sauer P320. You could rent it for maybe $25 for a few hours to try it and see if you like the gun before buying one. You can rent full auto weapons at some ranges too but that's more rare.
The Balkans. Plenty of leftover guns from the wars.
poland
SERBIA, CAMBODIA, YEMEN, LIBYA
Go buy a select fire AKM.
