restaurant food in developing countries is actually more likely to make you sick because they're too expensive for the dirt poor low iq locals to go to, so the food generally sits around longer making it more likely to have spoiled. street food turns over quick so it's generally fresher.

    >no semblance of cultural experience
how can you predict how a food stall would be like if there was not a cultural continuity to them?

Sitting down at a street food stall in some Saigon, listening to the Vietnamese people around me, people of all ages, eating and talking. Two tourists who I think might have been Indian asked the guy running the stall for lemon but the guy didn't know what that word meant, I by chance remembered the Vietnamese word for lemon and told the stall guy that he was asking for chanh. This lead to him telling me about the kumquat plant he was growing next to my table. The culture was RICH.

People go to those shithole countries to buy diseased prostitutes and unhealthy food. Getting AIDS and eating gutter oil and diarrhea is not a risk, it's the whole point. Incel coomer losers have a death wish

Depends on the country but in East Asia (Vietnam too) I literally never got diarhea or food poisoning from street stalls. In SEA I got diarrhea a couple times but extremely little. LatAm was pretty bad though. I've never been to India but everyone has nothing good to say about Indian street stalls.

If you are moronic enough to eat in a street food stands like this you deserve your fate. Not even the locals eat like this.

    >dirty stall on the side of the road
How do you know that the kitchen of the restaurant you visit is not dirty?
    >exposed to car exhaust and dust
With this logic you shouldn't eat anything ln the steet
    >mystery meats, expired vegetables, 2 day old carbs
How do you know that the restaurants you are eating in has fresh stuff?
    >diarrhea virtually guaranteed

All of this. In the third world a restaurant just means the owner could afford a dining room, the kitchen looks like the street.
