    >Medical risk
    Why isn't the US red?

you'll get some of the best medical treatment in the world (you'll prob just get bankrupted afterwards)

US healthcare is good if you get to ignore the infamous butt blastingly huge medical bills, and travel insurance takes care of that factor.

Because if you actually have health insurance it’s great.

It' seems to only care about emergency care, else Canada, UK and Germany would already be orange or worse.

        where would be good?

They're perfectly fine if you can pay you way out of public health care. 4-18 months waiting time to see a specialist or say you pay cash and get a same day appointment is not my definition of good healthcare.
Healthcare that is actually good and without huge class divides can be found in Denmark, Norway, Finland, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Austria, Czechia, Uruguay, Japan, Hong Kong, Chile, Singapur, Worst Korea, UAE, and New Zealand.

A lot of places that are still green are perfectly fine if it's a life threatening situation but a lot of them are fricked up for anything minor (like stitching up simple a deep cut) where you have to choose to spend either a entire day in the clogged up public health service hospitals or pay 50-200€ out of your pocket and be done and gone in 30mins in a private clinic. I usually opt for the second option the exact option I would chose for places that are yellow or worse.

If you only give good healthcare to rich people that's still counts as having good healthcare. Meanwhile normal Fattys have massive copays

Thailand is more medically secure than Philippines, so is Malaysia. In fact, a lot of doctors in Malaysia & Thailand trained in Europe. Also, Singapore has higher quality medical care than Japan, and may actually be better than the USA. Hong Kong possibly too, but not better than Japan.

Also, Egypt or any North African country rating higher in terms of medical risk ahead of Malaysia or Thailand is hilarious.

The US is mostly safe. The government has low corruption, the police will mostly help you, no one's going to frick with you or exploit you, for the most part. People who seethe about the cops/government in the US have no idea what the turd world is like. Yes, corruption always exists, but we're comparing it with the rest of the world where corruption is the rule. In many parts of the world, there is literally no difference between the crime syndicate and the police. They take orders from the same people and are more likely to extort you and further victimize you than do anything to help you.

Istanbul is a tourist hotspot and generally safe. South Africa is luck based, but only the 1 in 100 chances that a tourist gets attack makes international news like its a big deal.

The real red flag is that America is green when an alt-right terrorist can shootdown dozens of people at any second

MEDICAL risk you mouthbreathing mongoloid. Violence doesn't factor, though there's another map on that site if you want to know which countries are safe in terms of not getting attacked as a tourist.
