I don't know. Be a little more specific perhaps? Vegas is ultra expensive now to do damn near anything.
On kind of a budget, me and a friend driving over from California to watch a boxing event at a sports bar, drink then maybe go to some lounges to drink more. That type of activity probably would be too expensive? Not interested in paying for expensive concert tickets, maybe some stand up?
Doubleshots of gin (neat) 3-4 will have me feeling good for most the day/night which is a lot for a 5ft 5 manlet. I figure the most expensive is the room per night but me and friend splitting it. You think like 150 per night?

I stayed at Planet Hollywood my last trip i want to say we paid like $260 for Saturday night. $150 a night might be tough on the strip if you are going over the weekend. It used to be a lot more doable but Bally's and IP have been remodeled andr rebranded. My friends that drove in from California managed to get a good deal at Treasure Island but it was January.
A double shot of gin is likely going to run you $25+ at any strip casino/lounge. I (accidentally) paid $23 for a shot of fucking fireball at the Wynn.
I'm happy to answer any questions since I'm at work til 8 am and have nothing better to do. But it sounds like you and I go to Vegas for different reasons as I'm a gambling addict lmao

Thanks and I expected that price for drinks. Since I'm driving I figure I can get a room off the strip as well. Thoughts on shooting pool when in Vegas?

There are a ton of high end really nice pool halls in Vegas. Most big casinos have a pool hall. Fair warning there are lots of pool hustlers, so make sure people you play with are after friendly games not for money.
I almost got into a serious fight with some retarded mullato who insisted we were playing for $200 because he said >two bills okay?
At the start of the game and I nodded along because I had no idea what he was talking about. He was full sweatlord and cleared the table quickly which I laughed over and complimented on his skills, then he demanded I paid up. Lol.

Thanks for information but that's all common sense, I'm going with a good friend that makes a good wingman. Not playing others
I was pretty toasted and I didn't notice the sign that said the video poker bar at the Wynn didn't comp drinks for players. My SIL's boyfriend said he ran into the same problem at the Cosmopolitan. I don't know why the high end resorts would do that other than simply israeliteing you.

As for pool tables, I remember some lower end casinos on the strip used to have billiard tables but those places are all gone. I'm sure there are some, but I couldn't tell you where. I went to a barcade (insert basedjak here) in Area 15 (meow wolf) that I believe had one. I think I saw one at MGM Grand in a bar pre covid when i got married too. But don't quote me on that...
Paris brunch buffet was amazing. (Comped with wedding package, but 49.99 otherwise) but I was so fucking hungover that I didn't get a chance to take it all in.
Rio is/was good but I had it in 2009 on my very first trip. So I don't know if it's still a thing.
Gold Coast we had after my wedding, my parents wanted something economical for 50+ people. It wasn't bad, but wasn't great either just a standard buffet. I think covid really killed buffets in Vegas.
I'll be honest with you, when I drink I don't eat a whole lot, so my fancy restaurant knowledge is somewhat limited. We ate at Superfrico in Cosmopolitan and it was awesome. A lot of Cirque performers work there before shows and do all kinds of crazy psychedelic stuff. I'd Google it to get a better idea.

Awesome. Look forward to checking those spots out. Is parking/break ins a problem near strip? I'd never leave anything valuable, maybe I'm better off leaving my vehicle at hotel outside strip and just Uber back/forth? Also I've heard they give out IV's to rehydrate you from hangover??

Those IVs are amazing, but quiet expensive. Especially if they come to your room. My advice is just start drinking again lmao.
Most casinos charge for parking now but there are ways around it. But I plan on being drunk almost the entire time I'm in Vegas so I don't bother with driving. I want to say my friends from California had to pay for parking at TI.
As for crime off the strip? Couldn't tell ya, some spots in Vegas are 3rd world favela tier and some spots are the most luxurious places you'll ever see. Just use good judgements and you'll be fine. There's a heavy police presence on the strip because they don't want derelicts fucking with tourists. There was a paddy wagon parked in front of Paris all weekend long when I was there.

I feel having a Gatorade as soon as you water up would have as much effect as one of those IVs.

>Superfrico in Cosmopolitan
The food isn't that good there. The ski lodge speakeasy next door makes up for it though.
What do the different packages offer?
$225
But I gave the dude a pretty good tip because he gave me the top tier package for the middle tier price because of my wedding day.
I used Reset IV because they come to you and do it in your room. I think they have services that are significantly cheaper if you go to them.
Find an EMT on the strip and ask them for an IV. With all the druggies passing out on the strip, you can't go far without running into one that you can ask to have them hook you up. Otherwise for the hangover IVs, you can go with the cheap $150 basic IV or slightly higher end on where they add antipain meds into the saline.
Go to the casino sportsbook. Place a $20 wager. Ask the guy if they do drink tickets while sliding him a few bucks. 90% of the time he'll give you 3-4 drink tickets and there's a 50% chance you win your sports bet too
Park in the Calico Basin parking lot at Red Rocks for free and go hike through the canyon
Go snowboarding at Lee Canyon. You can get a lift ticket for $80 for the day.
Go to Fremont street and walk around and check out the free bands on the weekends at night. You can pick up beer in the liquor store and pour it into a red cup and drink for practically nothing.
Eat the best Kabob of your life at Shish Kabob House for like $12. Get the chicken lula or the lamb chops.
Go to the grossest cheapest strip club ever, play it again sams.
The only reason I got one was because it was the morning of my wedding. I was extremely hungover and probably had some anxiety as well and couldn't keep any down. I didn't drink that much at my bachelor party the night before and was back in my room by 12:30, but my wedding was day 3/5 and Vegas was catching up to me in a hurry. About half way through it felt like someone flipped a switch on my body and my hangover vanished instantly.
Like I said, normally in Vegas I would just start drinking again but this was a special circumstance lol
Is what I got. Sure $350 seems expensive, but that's cheaper than a hospital will do it. The guy who gave me mine was a trauma nurse from Phoenix who flew into Vegas every weekend to do it as a side hustle. It really does work, but I'd use it as a last resort sort of thing.
Probably, I think we were crossing the pedestrian bridge by Caesars. I don't own a Playstation either, my ps3 got tossed when my wife and I bought a house.

Don't go to Vegas
Why? Don't plan on going to the expensive buffets every day or going to top of the line hotels.
What do you drink?
If you aren't gambling and staying on the strip you're going to be paying about $20 per cocktail on average.
Vegas is ridiculously expensive to just drink at. My sister in law's boyfriend is currently in Vegas and not a gambler. He hates it.

I had a black dude come up to me and try to get me to buy his mix tape cd in January.
I don't even own a cd player.
Lol I think I ran into the same guy. Told him I don't have a cd player and he says 'yeah bruh but you got a Playstation' and I kept walking
If somebody tried to charge me 23 dollars for a shot I would probably beat the shit out of them then go to jail.

Cool, and apparently there's exhibits with real human bodies on display?
Bodies is at Luxor I believe yes, or it was in 2010 when I stayed there.
Nice, any spots you'd recommend to eat? Figure we'll do one nice buffet at least
Paris brunch buffet was amazing. (Comped with wedding package, but 49.99 otherwise) but I was so fucking hungover that I didn't get a chance to take it all in.

Different fluids and meds in the IV treatment.

Retards. Drink pedialyte and 64oz of water instead of paying $300 for a 'nurse' to give you fluids
Tried it, didn't work. I was getting married in less than 5 hours and had to do something. I wouldn't get one again.
Like I said previously, any other hangover I would have just started drinking again.
