What's your definition of third world?

But most people just consider third world to be a developing country, so what level os human development index; or GDP per capita (PPP); or whatever the frick other measure; do you use to define third world?
Off the top of my head I'd probably go to Vietnam if that counts. I prefer Lao culture to Vietnamese but I'd need beaches.
I'm going to use "Developing Country" instead of third world, since third world's meaning has changed drastically. My order of preference:

Vietnam
Argentina
