Can you stop if you don't have any genuine questions to ask and are just trying to keep this thread bumped? It's very obvious because you keep writing "dead Sea" for some reason. I'm guessing you're an ESL because there's no way a native English speaker would make a mistake like that, and so consistently. I got it in my eyes and was fine, just need to wash it afterwards. It only causes mild irritation.

I also got acid and mortar in my eyes many times at work the last 10 years and am still fine. Only a piece of metal needed medical attention.

It may very well do so, especially the mud which people slop on themselves that is from the water.

These people went swimming in the Dead Sea. Every single one of them went blind, except for the two that drank the water and died instantly.

The water makes it extremely easy to float, no one is stupid enough to try to swim with his head underwater.

Due to the salinity of the water, it's a similar feeling to setting your penis on fire.

      Can confirm.

It's a heaven/haven for people with a skin conditions. Lots of groups and treatment centers where all the lepers come to cheat/frick like rabbits.

One time many years ago a hot girl at a mall kiosk asked me if I had heard of the Dead Sea. As I froze in confusion as to why she was talking to me, she took my hand. Fortunately I managed to flee. So as you can tell from my vast life experience the Dead Sea is scary. Also malls.

I've floated in it. You get some on your lips and in your eyes but it's fine. The worst thing was finding pubes in the mud. If you go, try to find a place that's not very crowded, especially by the people who are there to treat their skin problems.

        >Bold statement. Prove it.
Not that poster, but I did the obligatory Church bus tour for like 14 days, driving all over seeing this or that. Daily, I made a mental note that to see all of Isreal correctly, one needed to just go live there for 6 months or more.
My sibling went to a boarding school program for 1 semester abroad and he said the same thing, and his school did a lot of historical touring, sat in on archaeological digs, etc. When my Dad visited him, dropped him off, picked him up over there, he said the same thing.

Would I care to live like some nomad, poor person on a kibbutz, oh hell no. But, with good money, a nice safe home with a view, and bomb shelter room for sirens, I'd very much like to live there for a good while. Desert climate is hard when you state "beautiful" to me, like the gravel pit yard my Uncle had in Las Cruces NM, with the swamp cooler A/C, and the car steering wheel that burns your hands every day.
But, when you see a sunrise or sunset, smell the markets, enjoy the chats with nice educated locals, dine on yummy salads with parsley, fresh yummy sesame coated bread, and roasted eggplant almost every meal? Sign me up. This has been land worth fighting for since the beginning of time.

I dipped my toes into the water up to my ankles and had purple burned skin on my ankles and feet for about 3 days. I saw people swimming (floating on their backs) and was liket yikes. This redhead with sensitive skin couldn't do it.

I enjoyed a 6hr float in the Blue Lagoon and the Great Salt Lake too. My exboss sent his wife there every year for spa time. She had rheumatoid arthritis.

Doubt you’ll go blind, but if you have a cut or scrape anywhere or even broken cuticles, shit will burn. If you have freshly shaved skin, it will burn.

They tell women not to shave their legs 1-2 days before going in
