>want nothing more than to go home right now
>changing my flight would cost way more than just staying it out

How do you deal with these feelings? I regret ever doing this. I’m never going to travel again.

I know that feel. I can't stand more than 2 weeks travelling unless the company is good

Travelling alone is a slow torture. No amounts of coping and rationalizing can change that.

Yeah Im in Eastern Europe also, its not so much that I want to return home, but I just want to go back to Asia. Its SO much better for solo travel. In Europe you need friends to enjoy it or stay at a hostel but as an American hostels just seem too weird for me, but Im gonna try and get over it and go to one soon. I also absolutely hate the shit customer service here and these sensitive ass pissy waiters at restuarants who get all passive aggressive if I so much as gently hail them with my fingers. Im bopping around from country to country and at this point I feel like Im just doing it just to take photos for my parents.

I traveled solo for the first time recently and had an absolute blast, I socialized at night and did my own thing during the day. I would have been completely miserable if I didn't stay in hostels.

Hostels are basically training wheels while traveling. They arrange experiences usually, have people to talk to etc.

I've never had any problems with customer service anywhere in Europe, I don't know what people are talking about. Every server has been polite at the bare minimum.

It's spoiled amerilards used to dining with their daddy who think they can snap their fingers and have a waiter come running in hopes for a 20 cent tip. Why even go to eastern Europe if you expect Disneyland

Well I'm actually American myself, I just know what to expect.
Some of my family have had incidents with bad customer service ands it's always because they try to make weird requests with the food

Literally just politely flagging them so I can request the check, but OK. Just a simple wave and you can visibly see they are fuming butthurt for literally no reason, no matter how big of a stupid polite smile I have to force on my face and femininely soft I have to wave my hand so as to not hurt these fricking losers feelings. I have no idea wtf their problem is. And this is coming from someone who works in a labor's union in the US, so Im sympathetic to workers and laborers because I am one myself. That being said, these asspained morons unironically need to get a new fricking job if they dont like it.

Europes a pretty big place, sweety. Maybe you could start by at least telling us which region? I have no doubt that some parts are better than others when it comes to this sort of thing.

Where you at? Really depends on where you travel. Travelling alone in Germany is fricking boring, but in SEA it's a lot easier and fun
