Vegas isn't S-tier because of Vegas itself as much as it's a great base of operations from where you can basically go to a lot of cool hiking trails. Hotels are relatively cheap and have good service, and has most amenities since it's a big city.

This being said this tier list is shit and makes 0 sense.

NYC is the most visited city in the planet and is an absolute blast to visit, what the hell did you do wrong?

Did you spend your entire time there wandering the streets and getting harassed on the subway?

NYC as S-Tier means literally 0 sense when A-tier has fricking Albuquerque and Pittsburg. Even if we follow your reasoning, SF should be at higher than these two.

      OP is simply baiting.

Denver sucks ass, most over rated city by far. I lived there for 7 years, it used to be cool but now it's just Texans, Midwesterners and Californians. It's 80% dudes, everyone drives a subaru, the mountains aren't close they are like 2 hours away with only one highway in that is ALWAYS fricked from the out of state drivers getting into wrecks. Everyone larps like they are outdoorsy. the architecture is boring. It has no soul and is too crowded now. Denver is dead.

Denvoid is a trash city. Not even beautiful. I don't doubt that thirty plus years ago it probably had a lot of charm and character, but now its the sprawliest consoomeriest city of the west. And that's really saying something. I'd rather live in Salt Lake City, which is a city I also hate but hate less than Denver.

Denver is a less shitty Portland or Seattle. It's got all the positives of that hipster vibe with very few of the downsides, the homelessness is drastically less in Denver than anywhere on the west coast. The public transport is solid with the light/commuter rail, the rental prices aren't as ludicrous. Mind you, I'm comparing Denver to the west coast cities, if Boise had better infrastructure i'd like it better than Denver but alas.

oh and the weather. If it werent for the lack of a beach it rivals cali in terms of weather. 300 days of sunshine a year and no humidity. white christmas's with 3" snowflakes and perfectly powdery snowbanks that don't turn to slush and ice, it literally just sublimates from snow to vapor.

Denver sucks. I haven't been to the pnw in years so I can't comment on it. I just remember it being so incredibly green and lush, but traffic was insane.

The rental prices are as ludicrous. The homeless and meth heads and loser stoners every where suck. Yes it does have 300 days a year of sun. The snow usually melts within a few days during the winter. The public transit is not that impressive, you need a car. Nobody rides that shitty train. The airport is 100 miles away. Boring city. Good for sports but all events cost an arm and a leg to see so it's not as fun any more. Absolute sausage fest. The real Denver is long dead. I wouldn't go back if you paid me.

Why would anyone ever travel to Greensboro except for the ACC Tournament? It's a city built by the railroad, so there's no interesting natural beauty to speak of, there are no major tourist attractions, and the downtown area is literally one street. kek fricking why??? I live half an hour from there and I can't think of anything special about it. The only time it's mentioned by locals is because of the crime (because of you know who), it's decent place for specialized employment (like any other decent sized city), and 'Death Valley' on I-40 which is a pain to drive through. Place is filled with fricking strip clubs. Went to one a few months back with a bro of mine and got a lap dance, so there's that. The beer garden of the Red Oak brewery is pretty good too - stupid expensive though.

Oh yeah, and few other buddies of mine went to one of the Hooters there. One of them nonchalantly pulled out the concealed pistol he was carrying at the table and decided to show us - sick c**t.

Boulder is just a rich white liberal holier than thou college town. The Springs is better but kind of boring and souless. Denver is a shit hole and not even close to any nature just urban sprawl.

Pittsburgh is a laughable choice, I guarantee you haven't visited. Horrible people, horrible traffic(it's not even populated just completely pants on head moronic traffic design) everyone is fat and ugly and depressed. Downtown is a ghost town. Philadelphia is a much better city to both visit and live in unless your in the most nigged out neighborhoods

Boston is cool, San Fran and LA should be S tier if we're doing just wanting to visit, not live. Phoenix is a souless shit hole in the desert. Hopefully you really like indoor shopping, 4 lane highways, cookie cutter neighborhoods and AC.
Chicago should be higher. Fricking Lincoln Nebraska. My homie is trippin lol.
DC is overrated imo, Philly Boston and New York are good enough for the east coast vibe

Austin is a college town so it makes sense that it naturally leans more towards the progressive side. However, the massive influx of Californians has been ruining most of Texas - Austin specifically. I agree with you on San Antonio being superior, but despite also being home to (an actually more liberal school than UT) Denton is where it’s at. Not big enough to warrant visiting but Denton is now what Austin used to be. That Willy Nelson-esque blend of cowboy and hippie. Austin isn’t even hippie shit it’s just libtard central

    >separating out Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Tempe
Why? The whole Phoenix area is an abomination anyways

I would have called it a decent golf trip destination before Covid but now the green fees are so out of control it’s not even good for that.

I asked about visiting Baltimore for a the Wire tour and they called me an idiot. They also said most of the locals are gone.

i went to new orleans earlier this year (not for mardi gras). it was great. probably an 8/10 trip for me. i plan on going back in the future. it is a very interesting place. the french quarter was neat, but to get the fullest extent of enjoyment from it, you need to drink alcohol and/or smoke cigars. i wish i had more time there because there was a lot of stuff i didnt get to see. i planned on buying a souvenir there, but the only thing kinda cool that i saw was voodoo stuff. i didnt buy any of it because i dont know anything about it.
the road between montgomery and mobile is by far the dullest stretch of road i have traveled on. it is 3 hours, with maybe 3 exits, and thick endless trees on both sides of the road.

Confirmed for never having driven through Texas.

yeah, louisiana as far west as ive been. i dont really care about seeing fields nonstop, but solely seeing thick forested trees that looked the exact same for over 99% of the drive was awful. im surprised more people dont fall asleep during that drive. i live in a really rural area, so im used to seeing a lot of shit that looks generally the same. its just that road in particular was awful

also, the national wwii museum was probably a 1/10. the "museum" is mostly just descriptions on the wall with digital pictures from google included. the movie you can watch there was a buttered up shitfest that was a waste of 40 something minutes. the submarine thing was designed for an elementary school kid to enjoy. it was mostly just old people getting really excited about nothing. you think a museum would actually have shit to display, but ive seen more at significantly smaller museums.
i honestly have no idea why it was one of the highest rated attractions in new orleans. also, its incredibly overpriced to get in.

    >Makes tier list of places to visit in the US
    >It's all cities

Be ashamed, the places you want to visit in the US are almost entirely not cities, unless there is a specific museum or event you want to see..

Here is my list. For travel only, not for actually living because LA and New Orleans would be near the bottom of that list.

Most American cities are fairly meh to me. Also Honolulu is spelled wrong.
