>Want to book a comfy spa trip in Europe
>Just want to stay in a hostel and visit the pools as a day visit
>Every fucking spa is attached to a 5 star hotel
>Spa website refuses to show day ticket costs and will only show "spa packages" and room bundles
Am I autistic?
It should be possible to pay whatever spa activity you want to do separately i.e. pool/sauna, massage, manipedi, tanner etc. but a normal person would probably stay at the spa resort attached hotel and thus get it "cheaper" as the included package.
All I wanna do is access the pools. I'm going to be staying with friends for half of my trip anyway and sleeping at $20 hostels for the rest so I don't need lodging of any kind. I just want a pool ticket, not a $250 overnight bed and breakfast whatever.
Like seriously, I invite you to browse this website and figure out for me how much a pool ticket costs. It's impossible
If it's 250€ for a night I'd take that as it seems that hitting the pool will rack up more than that if you're an external visitor.
Why wouldn't you just go to a public pool then?
>tries to look up the pool prices on the hotel page instead of the pool page
Here, try this link: https://www.taminatherme.ch/oeffnungszeiten-preise
Prices starting at around 35 bucks for two hours.
leukerbad. 30 chf for 3 hours
hmm its almost like they want dirty poorfags and children to stay away?
btw it took me 3 clicks to find the contact info for the public baths through the site you linked, but no I'm not going to tell you how to get there
>imagine being so poor you stay in a hostel
>wonder why no one wants scum like you as customers
What is wrong with you autists?
What about the times where I'm literally staying at a local friend's house? Hell, what if I actually was a local? Is there just no system in place for day visits?
Because I want fancy hot springs with decor and variety, not to swim laps at the local gym
Good suggestions, thanks. My base of operations is my friend's house in the Bodensee area
Thanks! Is there a better way for finding pages like this? Googling "spas" just takes me to the hotel pages.
>Thanks! Is there a better way for finding pages like this?
You have to look for the local German/French pages and if they don't have an English version you'll have to translate them.
>Googling "spas" just takes me to the hotel pages.
The term you're looking for is "Bad", "Thermalbad" or "Erlebnisbad".
As someone mentioned, Baden-Baden should be on your list and you're probably just close enough for a day trip. Caracalla and Friedrichsbad definitely do day visits and fit your brief perfectly and you could just about appreciate both in the same day. Caracalla better for the saunas and Friedrichsbad for the 'baths'
>Am I autistic?
Yes, why would people staying in £200 a night hotels want the great unwashed from their $20 a night hostel shitting up their nice spa? Lol
It's like complaining that no Michelin star restaurants let you bring in your McDonald's.
If you want to do something like this go to Budapest, they have public baths where you can go swim about and pay by the day
Actually just go to Berlin.
You can see young naked German girls too instead of fat alcoholic Brits at the szchenyi baths.
What pool has the best naked german girls??
a bunch of FCC's have big hot pools where you can hang out naked with chicks
They won't be German though, not that it matters.
Any spas that have "University day"
You mean FKK's and those are generally now just brothels.
Correct if you mean brothels. Most are filled with Ukrainians now, formerly Romanians, formerly Czechs.
But Germans still go to spas, and the spas are 100% naked. They just don't go to spas for sex, only to relax and chill.
I think you're mistaking public baths with brothels. If op wants to hit up a whore house I'm sure there's plenty closer to home than that.
look for spas and then hotels, also Switzerland is pricey, you should consider Austria (Aquadome), Italy (Bormio, Merano) or Germany (Baden Baden)
as for prices it depends what you want to do, if just swim in hot water or massages and stuff.
Go to budapest, Széchenyi Baths is a grwat place you can enter and stay the hole day, nit attached to a hotel. Fairly cheap.
Yes you are autistic and retarded.
Hotel Hills Sarajevo Congress & Thermal spa Resort. It's the big, dark, rectangular building the back of the picture. It's a 5 star hotel, but check the prices. You're welcome.
If you have a thick wedge of cash to burn consider The Well in Norway:
> almost unknown outside Scandinavia
> swimwear optional
> legit best thing to do around Oslo which is otherwise very boring
> had an attractive masseuse "accidentally" touch my testes
> Norwegian Luxury = $$$$$
Pretty much all the thermal spas in Hungary do day tickets. Sarvar is popular. Demjen Cascade is pretty cool. If you're going during the summer, the strand in Debrecen (with attached thermal spa) is the best in Hungary, in my opinion. All of those places should run you $20-$25 for a day ticket, and you should be able to find cheap places to stay nearby.
Budapest. Other than the spas it's all cheap as chips.
