In no particular order:
Al Pastor cart in Sayulita Mexico
Pozole cart in Oaxaca
Some random restaurant in Hue Vietnam where some local my sister was dating picked out all of the food for us. I still have no idea what we ate but damn it was good
Banh mi cart in Ho Chi Minh City. The lady tried to scam me but the banh mi was so good I don't even care
Pretty much anything I ate in Mexico. The food in Italy was good toobut holy shit are there a lot of scumbags trying to milk tourists in some parts. I fucking hate Europe
Everywhere I go in the world, grilled fish is always the star of the show. Grilled sardines in Morocco, grilled catfish in Cambodia. At some hotels in Sri Lanka you can buy fish directly from the fisherman and they grill it right there on the beach.
Otherwise, pho at the famous Pho Quynh restaurant in Saigon is my most memorable. Moroccan cuisine is also fantastic.

I'd have to say Mexico. Best flavors and foods I have eaten out of many countries. Anything with mole is good.
The fresh squeezed fruit juices I really look forward to. I can't get anything that tasty in the States.
In malaysia the bus had a stop in the middle of a nowhere, and a guy was selling rendang. It was delicious . My gf is pulling my leg that I was only hungry but she is fucking stupid.
I had a perfect hamburger at a place called "Restaurant La Villa Del Chef" in Flores, Guatemala.
Had saurkraut gnocchi with bacon bits in Bratislava and it was actually delicious
I had Mexican food in Auckland and it was some of the best Mexican food I've ever had
I'm tired of ethic food, I just want to walk into a McDonald's and but a burger and fries bros

Seafood pasta dish in Rome. It was filled with a variety of fresh seafood, good qty. of seafood vs pasta, amazing flavor, great portion size (not too little, not too much) for like $15. 10/10 dish
