What's the best hour to visit the historic center of, let's say Warsaw, without it being loaded with tourists?

    This is really one of those questions that dont need their own thread...
    Its always early in the morning. Sometimes late in the afternoon or evening when the day tourists have left.

    Old Town in, let's say, Warsaw, is never that crowded except on special days. Warsaw is the capital but its also more of a business-oriented city, it's not the cultural capital and the Old Town isn't the downtown

        I think early in the sundays is probably the best for lesser crowds.

    I would go in the morning. Perfect time for it. Many such cases.

    Say if the museum starts at 9, I'd say be there at 9. However, if the musem starts a bit later it sucks having to wait. So maybe wait until 10.
