Vienna because it’s a complete package, you can spend easily one week and there are tons to do. Although not everybody speaks english, everything is easy, public transport is easy.
Copenhagen can be done within 3-4 days, but absolutely everybody speaks english and everything is retarded easy. Same can be said for most of Scandinavia, actually.
