    What are you planning to get out of it? If you want sighsee tourism then you should look at larger spots like PR, DR and Jamaica. If you want to beach bum and never leave a resort then Bahamas are solid. If you want to go to a downtown with some size and life you'll need a bigger island to accommodate for that. How many days and how would you want to spend them?

    It depends what you're looking for. Every island in the Caribbean has something different.

    A lot of them have nice beaches. Some have nature. Some have cities. Some have nightlife. Some have historic sites. Some have lots of resorts and touristy areas. Others are less tourist oriented.
