Like, forget using any taxi, they won't use their taximeter and if they use it, it's manipulated and multiplies the price by 10. Use only Grab where the prices are already fixed, though even then they can find ways to charge you extra (like for the toll in Manila which I'm pretty sure is already included in the price).

When I arrived there and needed to transfer terminals, I asked the airport security where the shuttle bus is, he said there are none (which is a lie) and that the only option is the taxi. The taxi driver scammed me and the airport security is in on the scam.

They'll even try to rip you off in other countries. A flip chick tried to charge me 500 euros for sex in Amsterdam. I could get a real European for 50-80; the less honest ones who rip people off would charge 100-150, which is still a far cry from 500.
She had the audacity to tell me 500 was "normal," as if I've never been to Europe before. b***h please, 500 could probably get me at least twenty of you in your own country.

      Because it works moron.

          >What's wrong with being a sexpat? Seems like something only virgins ans incels would get up in arms over.
Virgins and incels are the minority who don't like it. The vast majority are women. Ask any anthropologist and they'll tell you female power has always come down to controlling access to fertile young women. (Or they would, if daring to say such a truth wouldn't get them cancelled.)
After women, a smaller percentage are the local guys of whatever country who resent being mogged. But they do it themselves, or would if they could. They're just jelly.
And jelly are probably the majority in these threads. They've got erectile dysfunction, afraid to talk to women, afraid to have sex, stuck at home, etc. But if a girl (prostitute or otherwise) smiled and talked to them, they'd become obsessed and probably want to marry her, lol

Are prostitutes really as heap as 50-80 euro in a country as expensive and rich as the Netherlands? It doesn't seem right.

        Anonymous

It's market forces at work. Since it's legal and therefore (relatively) risk-free, the premium you pay for prostitutes in a country like America is reduced considerably. Another result of legalization is that you have Romanian and Slavic prostitutes coming into those countries and flooding the market with supply.

Either way in my opinion, official price discrimination is not good, eg. in Malapascua, I had to pay 3 times more than locals in environmental fees. It should be the same as locals as expenses are what is keeping people from visiting here over other SEA countries. Maybe have an exception for chinks, they should be deterred from visiting at all costs for the sake of the environment.
On the other hand, people attempting to illegally price gouge you is so fricking easy to avoid, it’s unbelievable why anyone is having an issue with it. Tell them to frick off in a kind way and go to the next shop.
From my experience as a white guy, most people are honest here, OP just seem to have dealt alot with taxidrivers, which will try to scam anyone, even locals.

Thus making poor countried even poorer because charging a tiny weeny lil bit more of money is the thrill of their lives by which they are willing to lose mutual trust and respect forever. The truly ignorant is them, who do not know that for the white man being able to trust others is key (thus making on the long term 1000x what the made scamming you chump change). They probably have to import tshirts your size and pay the hefty shipping fee which will even cost more than just a mere $5. It's even worse if you try and make long term friends. Most people will be hitting you up constantly for money for hospital bills or this emergency or xyz. Knew a danish girl who lived there a few years less than me and she was constantly getting asked for money in real life and on Facebook by her Filipino,"friends". Tried to warn her not to make long term friends and just make superficial friends. The only thing they care about is family and being a foreigner they will assume everyone is bill gates rich. Any major city you will have mass amounts of scammers and even the children will steal from you. Pick Pockets on jeeps is very common too. The money changers will also rip you off. Provinces not nearly as bad but still happens a bit. Don't ride taxis unless you know the price and can stand up for self. Never trust any of the staff at airports and some hotels as everyone is just trying to get a few extra bucks for a cousin or who ever. As you figured out just use grab. If your a woman Manila is very dangerous. Had an ex was drunk in Manila and she was raped by a taxi driver. Manila is dangerous in general just don't frick around unless you know what you're doing. You seem pretty naive probably some euro trash. Stay in Thailand where you belong. It's only gotten worse since they killed their economy with COVID

If I talk to you and you can't understand Bisaya, Tausug, Ilocano, Russian, Japanese, Spanish and French (which are the languages I speak and understand) then of course, I have to switch to English.

                >There may be social climbers who attempt to use English to appear wealthier but they are easy to “hear” through.
They exist in any country where English isn't a major language of study.

I find it very interesting that most shitposters on this Cantonese soup forum despise this country and their people, while everyone I’ve talked to that travelled there said they loved it.
Even the Filipino migrants say they love life back at home, but the one reason they went abroad in the first place is due to the lack of opportunities, with very high barrier of entry to high-paid jobs, probably higher than $150k jobs here.

I’ve never been there, but planning on going this April to Palawan, Cebu and Siquijor. Shoot me suggestions if you have.

depends on the place. In manila it is full of scammers and social climbers. In the province people seem ok and life is kinda peaceful. You can still buy a land for 20k in the province.

They have nothing to lose by trying to scam you.
Additionally, they know implicitly that you are up to no good in the country, therefore they have no moral qualms about trying to extract resources from you by whatever means possibly.

Might be hard to believe for trv, but there are some people that just go to Boracay for 2 weeks, subadive, drink a couple pina coladas, then frick off and that's it.

        Just back from Boracay.

        Some pointers for newbies
        1) Yes everyone will try to sell you everything , (adventure sports, massages (no extras here) sunglasses), and it's a bit annoying, but OK

        2) White beach is really nice. Hotel Feliz is likely the best place to stay, but they blast out music til 11am

        3) Scuba, windsurfing, hemet diving are all REALLY cheap ($20-$30 per person)

        4) Drinking wienertails watching the sun come down is beautiful (pic related);

        5) There are single women and hookers there. I was pretty surprised. Hookers hang out near the bars/nightclubs and are all freelancers.

So, better for non-coomers or coomers who just want a break from it all. Recommended!

I stayed at Hotel Feliz as well, pretty nice hotel and good location since it’s in the middle of everything. Didn’t really hear much of the music from our hotel room tho, plus we get home later than 11pm lol. wienertails there are so fricking cheap compared to Manila. We would just sit in the balcony of EPIC bar and watch people (mostly hookers with their white bois). Haven’t tried any water activities cause my friend is a wanker, but we’re going back next week.

cubabro answering question from last thread......theirs still lots of drugs in the Philippines. the war on drugs was mostly a larp, they shot a bunch of squatters and tin shacks but the major chinese drug dealers still operate. Meth is still the drug of choice here as it allows people to work longer hours spend less on food. A small bag of that (punta) is like 200-500 pesos depending and it will keep you up all day so its afforable to the working man.

Weed is available, as it grows wild in the Philippines, but I would proceed with caution especially if your a fresh off the plane tourist and you don't know anybody. DO NOT trust people on the street trying to sell you shit......best case scenario, they'll sell you a half gram of dirt weed for 20-30 dollars, medium case scenario they'll run off with the money, worst case they'll try to set your ass up

Another thing to consider if you do manage to score some weed is where are you gonna smoke it? Most likely your gonna be staying in a hotel or condo, and many of those are non smoking. Forget about smoking on the street.....Filipinos are notoriously NOSEY and will inquire as to what your doing at any and all times. Even weak bud.... it stinks and .the smell wafts and lingers..... and theirs always at least 38 guards in any given hotel or condo snooping around. I really would only suggest smoking if you had a private house that your gonna be staying in for a while so you can remove the smell before you move out

Lastly , if you do ever get involved in drugs here, even if it just smoking pot for recreation NEVER EVER EVER tell anyone you use drugs. You keep that between whoever you buy it from and yourself. Never let whoever you buy from know where you are staying.....tell him you are staying in caloocan when really you stay in pasay, use an alias and/or a fake facebook account. DO NOT offer drugs to your b***hes, they can and will use it against you if you have a fight....they can easily snitch and get you deported

      >all
True story.....I met a younger whiteboy from Michigan at 7/11 like 3 years ago. Digital nomad type, moved to the Philippines to live the dream like we all want. We drank for a bit and chatted, exchanged social media but we never hung out after that.

Pandemic happens, he's stuck in the house with his live in girlfriend. Long story short, either 1 of a couple of things happened :

      1. He was smoking meth and acting erratic so she called the cops and reported him. He got locked up and deported.

      2. She found out he was fricking another girl, she called the cops and snitched, told them he smoked meth, got arrested and deported

      3. She found out he was fricking another girl, she planted shabu in the house and called the cops and made a false charge. He got locked up and deported.

      4. She tried to extort him and get a large amount of money from him. He refused and she called the police and either snitched if he was actually smoking meth, or planted meth and made a false charge. He was arrested and deported.

I'll let that sink in. After he got deported he disappeared of my radar. By the way, I know the dude used SighSee. If you ever read this I hope your doing okay matt

For a more romantic night, go to TOPS. Its an overlook looking over CebuCity. Got a few resturants/bars up there, the girls like to take pictures there.

Also try M02 restobar....its up the street from parkmall and across from chong Hua hospital. Live band and a more middle class flavor. They also have a short time boomboom hotel next door.....you'll give cubabros DNA on those sheets for sure

Try the roof lounge of Bai hotel if you have a date.....it's kino, has a nice view of the entire city

FavelaHispanic here dropping some knowledge on the Cebu provinces. People always complain that every SEA General devolves into coomer nonsense, so I'll try to appease the treekers here.....lets try be diplomatic na sirs/maams

I must tell you, if you never been to the Philippines and are planning a trip, do not make the province your first stop, ESPECIALLY if your just coming for your internet GF. You never meet a girl in the province, always in the city, and then you go to her province later if you feel comfortable with her. When I say city, I mean a city with an international airport......Manila, Cebu, or Davao......Angeles is a hooker city, if your talking to a girl from Angeles its a high chance shes a hooker whose just lied to you and told you she works at the sogo hotel as a "receptionist" but if your okay with that then carry on soldier.

I'll start at SM seaside going south. I'll consider the NUSTAR hotel as the end of the city proper:

Talisay/Minglanilla: These are suburbs of Cebu city. You'll be able to find larger homes for rent here at reasonable rates. 30-35k (560$-700$) will get you quite a nice home. Talisay also has a nice plaza thats kino at night...they call it TPARK in the local lingo...LOTS of chickens running around.....and when I say chicken I mean horny young women between the ages of 18-22

Naga/San Fernando: I have no idea what goes on here. Its a suburb of a surburb, I never went up into every mountain parts of these neighborhoods , but its proabably just sarisari stores, vulcanizing shops, karoke machines, and crowing roosters. They also have a really big cement plant, so if your into heavy industry instead of cooming you can go look at dudes make cement. The only place I can recommend here is blueridges mountain resort. Rooms are 2k, but it has a kino view of the mountainside and a nice pool. Do bring a date and preferrebaly your own transportation though....its a trek up that mountain for sure.

CarCar: This is the end of the suburbs of suburbs, and the start of the province proper. The have a roundabout in their plaza, and you have the option of going right, or continuing straight. For the purpose of this guide we will continue straight heading south along the coastal road

Sibonga: Nothing to see here. They have a wet market if you are staying in a nearby resort and want to grill some meats.

Argao: Check out mahayahay beach if you're on a budget, the maayo hotel if your on a medium budget, or panorama de argao for a kino view of the mountains and more luxurious hotel experience

Dalaguete: They have a beach that I would classify as "MEHHH". Osmena peak is nice little mountain trek everyone knows, kino views. One of the presidents of the Philippines actually crached his plane there, so go look at some history you non-coomers.

Alcoy: Tingko beach is kino, do visit.

        Anonymous

Boljoon: Bunch of resorts along the coast. Also has a trekking trail/waterfall.....dayhag falls. If you go to the falls do ask a Kuya to guide you there as it's easy to get lost because the cell phone signal will drop that far into the interior of the island, rendering your google maps or whatever useless. The roads are shitty going up there so either be a more experienced motorcycle driver or let kuya drive and backride.

Oslob: Ahhhhh the famous Oslob. Every tourist tout will try to get you to go here. You can swim with some whale sharks for 1k pesos, locals are 500 pesos......photographs will be 500 pesos. You will see alot of boomers with their 20 year gfs here. It's the most basic b***h tourist attraction in the whole of Cebu. Tumalog falls is also nice, do visit there. IF you like spanish colonial history, you can go look at the old church complex, and if your a cubabro you can reminisce on the time that "WE WUZ KANGZ". DO check out Sumilon island as well, just off the coast of oslob.

Santander: Most southern part of Cebu island. Nothing really of note here except a boat that can transport you to Siquijor......you might be able to get a boat to Dumaguete here as well. Here we will loop around the start heading north along the western coast of Cebu.

Samboan: They have about 4 different treks/waterfall here. Agunid, Binalayan, balay sawa, and Dao. All of them are easy treks, except for Dao. I wouldn't recommend Dao if your a fatfrick, or if you're with older people, its a true jungle trek but the falls are kino.

          Anonymous

Ginatilan: Inambakan is one of my favorite falls in Cebu, truly beautiful. Kabutongan falls is also in this town, but I would classify it as "MEHH"

Malabuyoc: Nothing really of note here. Handigan falls is a trekking area, you can have a jungle picnic with your flip waifu here.

Alegria: 3 waterfalls here. Cambais, Cangkalanog, Montpieller. Again, you better be a good navigator, motorcycle driver, and be able to talk bisaya if you want to get to these. I would recommend getting a kuya at the plaza to guide you, the roads can be treacherous and unmarked on google maps.

Badian: This is home to the famous Kawasan falls, the runner up for most basic b***h tourist attraction in Cebu. Every tout will recommend you this. You will see groups of Asian tourists walking around with life vests and helmets, touts will harasss you almost non stop, and you'll hardly be able to walk or enjoy the view because of the crowds. It's the only place I've ever seen a fricking traffic jam at a waterfall I'm being dead ass serious. Lambug beach is also located here, and is probably one of the best public beaches in Cebu.....white sand, blue water, not rocky, accommodation on the beach etc. Kansanto springs is a more local spot where you can have a picnic and a cold swim.

Moalboal: This is a nice beach town. Lots of foreigners here. Split between 2 beaches....White Beach and Panagsama. White beach is more suitable to swimming as its less rocky, but you'll have less choice of accomidation and they will be of lower quality. Panagsama beach is a bit more rocky, but they have better accommodation/food choices there. It's one of the few places in the province that has some semblance of a nightlife. Chili bar is nice during sunset, and they used to have a disco that had lots of beautiful women in there, both pinay and foreign, but I'm not sure if it survived the pandemic. I went there recently but it was during a weekday and it was closed, but they might open the disco on weekends

Ronda/Dumanjug: Not much on the coast, a few "MEHH" waterfalls in the interior. Skip it

Barili: Mantayupan falls is for sure worth a visit, Theirs also a famous bus stop/lookout point. If you take the public bus or hire a private driver, they will stop here.....I think it's called sulas.

Aloguinsan: Hermits cove is one of the most kino beaches in all of cebu, looks like something out of pirates of the Caribbean..only problem is it's a bit far out. I can recommend Curbada Dela Maria for accomadation, very quiet resort with a pool

Pinamungahan: Have no idea. Sarisari stores and roosters.

Toledo: LOL DUDE WEED. I do not condone nor endorse criminal activity, but a little birdy (the newspaper) told me this is where they grow the bud. Also, Acapulco resort has a lovely saltwater infinity pool overlooking the ocean, truly kino

Balamban: LOL DUDE WEED. I do not condone nor endorse criminal activity, but a little birdy told me this is where they grow the bud. They have nice mountain trekking trails here. Go to Mt. Manuggal ecopark, I think they have ziplines and campsites.

Danao: Theirs a nice zoo here. You can take your 19 year old gf and all her friends to go look at Giraffes and shit. Theirs also a boat here that will take you to the Camotes islands, which are also kino but a bit underdeveloped.

Catmon: Etsoy hotspring is a good spot. DO bring a date though as you'll probably be the only people in there. If you never finger banged a 19 year old filipina in a hot spring your missing out on life my bro.

Tabuelan: You can get a boat to Blacks here. Maravilla beach is worth visit.

San Remigio: Lots of beach resorts. Lapyahan is a good public beach

Bogo city: Boat to bantaayan is here....hagnaya port.

Medellin: walang cocaine dito, pero they have a BAMBOO FOREST! ( or a bamboo poresttttt in pilipino language). The Medellin in Colombia is better frfr nocap. Kawit beach is alright though (it would be better with cocaine!)

Daanbatayaan: Most northern part of cebu island. Bang your gf in one of the nipa huts on suba beach as the sun goes down.....KIIINOOOOOOOO

Sogod/Borbon: Cubabros growing sugercane on the interior, a ghetto beach (NIPA BEACH) on the the coasts. Donations for Cubabros crusade are accepted at the birhen sa antipolo shrine in Barangay Lubo, Borbon Cebu, Cebu Philippines, 6008

Thats it guys, i think I covered enough for today....needed something to do. It gets boring banging all these 19 year olds, had to switch it up and do a public service today. Good day Black folk and godbless cuba but frick the communists and the npa, Ron Desantis 2024

DELETE. We don't want any more white Black folk coming here.

Can't report on that, I didn't actually step inside since before the pandemic, I just walked by and it was for sure open.

Theirs only one way to find out anon. Take your ass over there, scout it out, maybe take a few discreet photos, and report back. Cubabro is curious as to the current state of lacafe. I lost my hooker virginity there many years ago, I have a soft spot for the lacafe even through its flaws and imperfections

Some parting thoughts about the province:

I fricking hate the province. It's fun once or twice, but it gets annoying after a while. It's hot, theirs bugs everywhere, the roads are shit, people are nosey and clannish, your food choices will be limited, hotels are priced more expensive than the city with non of the amenities. If any of my girls invite me to go to a fiesta in the province or some shit, ITS GONNA BE A NO FROM ME DAWG. It's okay for a weekend getaway at a resort or something, but living in the province or staying in a locals house (unless their rich), ITS A GUNNA BE A NO FRUM ME DAWG.

Cubabro here sharing some more knowledge. Today's topic is MALLS. I know I know.....many of you despise malls because you're coming from America/Europe/Australia and the malls there are dead at best, and souless centers of consumerism at worst...but hear me out. Malls in the Philippines serve many functions. MOST (not all.....all you conyo Filipinos shut the frick up, sit down and listen) Filipinos can't actually afford anything in the larger malls. They go there because it's one of the few places they can get free aircon/wifi, people watch, window shop, variety of foods etc. They are some of the cleanest and best maintained places in the Philippines. This being said, these are some of the most densely populated places, and if your mission is hunting for a girl/boy/ladyboy WHATEVER, these are great places and must not be overlooked. Not only do malls provide traditional shopping, but they provide fianancial services (money transfers.....western union, money gram etc), and package delivery (DHL, UPS etc), along with being transportaion hubs for public utility vehichles (PUVS). This combination insures these places are always filled with people from opening to close.

I will share every mall in Cebu city proper with a brief description. Firstly, their are tiers of malls, and you will find a different type of person depending on the tier.
    1. Ayala malls
    2. Sm malls
    3.Robinsons
    4. Gaisano
    5. Random shit. Puregold/fishermall/starmall/ ETC

    Cebu city mall list:

    1. Ayala Center: This is the best mall in cebu city. Centrally located in the buisness district and equipped with a beautiful courtyard. Their are many nice hotels situated within walking distance to this malls. Freelance hookers can be found prowling, especially around bo's coffee, tgiFridays, and the Social (bar/lounge located on the top level.....infamous for foreigner hunters). Many food options here ranging from classic Filipino, to Greek. They have a cinema if going to the movies is your thing. Must visit if in Cebu city.

    2. SM CITY: Oldest major mall (I think) in Cebu. Located on Ouano avenue (a main artery of Cebu). Every person will know how to get here by instinct, I would consider this as the proverbial heart of Cebu. The Radisson blu is connected to the mall (nicer hotel with great lobby), and the bayfront hotel is across the street (midrange hotel). The mall itself is showing it's age. They have a bowling alley and cinema for entertaining your family.

    3. SM Seaside: Newest major mall situated on the main road leading out of Cebu City. It's also connected to the newly constructed bridge (CCLEX), so it's the closet major mall to those living/staying in LapuLapu city/Cordova. Nice complex with a kino roof area/lounge. Seaside has a cinema and a ice skating rink. The cebu ocean park is also connected to the mall......an okay aquarium by international standards, but with a nice restaurant attached.....kino views and very instagramable for your girlfriend.

      4. Robinsons Galleria: Located just up the road from SM City. Has a decent hotel attached to the complex (summit galleria) . Has a tgifridays AND denny's (many memories of drunken fights at 3am in my local dennys in Miami.....here in the Philippines its a "classy" resturant LOOOL).

      5. Robinsons Fuente: Located in Osmena circle, right up the street from the infamous mango square. On the first floor, theirs a vendor who sells "TOBACCO" pipes and rolling papers.....other than that it's not much in there except your standard fastfood and grocery store.

      6. Parkmall: Located in Mandaue adjacent to BAI hotel. Mixed indoor/outdoor mall with a grocery store and lots of food options. Major transportation hub for PUV's. Good people watching in the afternoon for a more local flavor

      7. City Times square: This can be considered part of parkmall as it right across the street. Outdoor stripmall type......has a few good bars and restaurants attached. Queensland hotel is here as well, for all your short time boomboom needs.

      8. Pacific mall MANDAUE: Located just off the bridge coming from lapulapu city. Medium sized mall with your standard Jolibee/chowking offerings. Transportation hub for those headed into the northern suburbs of cebu

      9. J Centre Mall (Jmall): Medium sized mall located in Mandaue. Most notable feature is their Bureau of Immigration office. If you live here as a foreigner for a while you will need to come here eventually. Decent hotel attached, and a nice bar (SENTRAL) located 1 minute walk away.

      10. Elizabeth mall (Emall): Located adjacent to the south bus terminal. Smaller mall. Has a ghetto public school (ACT) attached, good place to people watch. For some reason I see ALOT of Africans in this mall, I can't fricking explain it, but I'm working on figuring it out.

        11. Ayala Central Block: Newer mall situated in IT park across the street from the park social and sugbu mercado. Lots of call center people open to foreigners around this area. Make sure to tell your driver AYALA in IT PARK, because if you just say "Ayala" they will take you to the Ayala center for sure.
        12. JY Centre: Smaller mall in the Lahug neighborhood with a few food options, and a Mcdonalds for the Amerimutts. This is mainly used a jump off point for those going up into the mountains to see the TOPS viewpoint. Lots of motortaxi drivers will hang out here and try to take you up the mountain on a tour

        13. Gaisano country mall: Outdoor Shopping area located in Mandaue. I've driven by this many times but never went in, so I can't really report as to what's there, but it IS THERE.

        14. Gaisano Main/138 mall/Colonade: I've included these all together as they are in the same general vicinity (walking distance). All three of these are on, or very near to Colon street. Most Gaisano "malls" are not really malls so to speak, but more like big department stores. 138 and colonade sell a bunch of cheap knockoff shit from China, but theirs some good looking girls in there I'LL TELL YOU WHATTTTT

15.Gaisano Tisa/Gaisano jai alai/Gaisano mandaue central/Gaisano mandaue north: YEA theirs like 10 of these things in the greater Cebu area, I'm sure I'm missing some, so cebuBros correct me if I'm missing anything. These are more ghetto malls, your gonna see lots of flip flops, basketball shorts, knockoff basketball jerseys, and ankle bracelets. No frills here, this is a mall for locals.

          Anonymous

          16. SM Consalacion: Smaller Sm mall located on the northern outskirts of Cebu. Kind of out the way if your staying in the city center, but it's the last stop before you start heading into the northern provinces.

          17. Marina Mall: Located in LapuLapu city. This is mall in closet proximity to the airport. Standard jolibee/ chowking affair, nothing special. Their is another mall across the street (it's a gaisano mall), but as their is ANOTHER gaisano mall located a few meters down the road, I refer to both as Marina mall. The drivers have lived in the neighbnorhood their whole life and they still get the 2 malls mixed up, so just say Marina mall.

          18. Gaisano Island mall: Located on lapu lapu a few meters from marina mall.....Known locally as Island mall. Theirs a beauru of immigration office inside, so if you live in lapulapu, its much more convient than going all the way into the city for your visa extensions.

          19. Tamiya: This is an outdoor outlet style mall. On google maps, this is marked as "THE SHOPS AT PUEBLO VERDE", or "PUEBLO VERDE". If you tell a driver to take you to Pueblo verde, he will look at you like your stupid. For some reason everyone calls this area tamiya, you have to say tamiya or they won't know where the frick you're talking about. I have many fond memories in Tamiya. Pre-pandemic they used to have a disco and a restobar in here, and I picked up quite a few girls just drinking in front of the 7/11 there (not hookers just horny young women). It's a bit more subdued now, but it's still a major transportation hub for LapuLapu city and they have several large factories nearby, so this place gets packed with people in the late afternoon. LOTS OF BEAUTIFUL GIRLS who work in factories making 200 dollars a month praying and hoping you'll save them can be found in this area. Try to brighten up their life, but don't take advantage please.

            20. Grandmall Basak: Ghetto mall in the Basak neighborhood of lapulapu. Lots of boomers in here for some reason. They have alot of subdivisions nearby if you want to rent a house for a decent price.

            21. Grandmall Cordova: It's not a mall, its a fricking department store. Somebody told me that if you go to the 7/11 just down the street in poblacion (just tell kuya 7/11 poblacion), horny girls will come to you and PICK YOU UP if you wait around long enough. LOL

Thats it guys I covered mostly everything, If I missed anything feel free to chime in. Godbless Cuba and 7/11 (only in the) Philippines

just fricked this pinay that spent the entire time on her phone
I even flipped her over into prone bone and she still kept texting
she asked me if I could hurry up in this sort of b***hy broken english, and something about it made me blow the biggest load I've summoned up in probably a year
she was surprised apparently, cause she sort of jumped and squeaked/gasped when I went off inside of her, then she looked really disappointed and annoyed and just stood up and pulled her panties on, didn't even wash it out
    >ok give me money now
is what she says to me, holding her hand out
1500 pesos in her little paw, and she scurries out without another word
never seen anything quite like that before
I wanted to tell her she was speed running becoming a single mother, but I doubt she would have understood a thing

Hey, you can't blame the people living there. The deep truth is that most foreign companies are taking advantage of that country. Imagine paying hundreds of dollars for a shitty 10mbps internet connection because the ISP is partly foreign-owned and the price is only inflated because of the high fees imposed by the foreign owner.

Is it worth dressing a little nicer than the average coomer tourist in his flip flops and shorts wearing pants, collared shirts, and leather shoes - or is that just asking to get robbed?

      Anonymous

I feel like anyone with an ounce of sophistication would see you as a huge toolbag. Reminds me of serpentza wandering around in cheap suits in his videos when he has literally no reason to be dressed that way, trying to play the Big White Man. In reality, anyone with half a brain can detect right away he's just an LBH.

You can dress casually enough to be comfortable in a tropical climate without being a complete tryhard about it. Lose the flip flops and invest in decent clothes. They don't have to be the most expensive ones you can afford either.

        Anonymous

I don't think loafers and an oxford shirt screams "huge toolbag" - although I agree with you on Serpentza's cheap suit.

I was just wondering if dressing in the boomer coomer uniform (t-shirt, shorts, flip flops) was a rational decision to mitigate a target on their back they have from being a white guy in a red light area.

          Anonymous

Oxford shirts are good, I think they fall into the definition of "comfortable." They're a staple of my own wardrobe, though of course I'm just a random moron on the internet. If you look like you put just a little bit more effort into your appearance than the average sweaty begpacker loser or decrepit coomer, you'll probably be alright.
          >You can dress casually enough to be comfortable in a tropical climate without being a complete tryhard about it
By this I meant you should dress casually enough to be comfortable in a tropical climate, there's no need to overdress with business attire, as long as you develop a sense of style. Which admittedly, is easier said than done.

Most people just dress what’s comfortable to them. Unless you are planning to spend most of your time inside air-conned facilities, you’re most likely going to soak your clothes in sweat which is not a very nice sight.

Had to go to manila for some business.....stopped in lacafe and holy shit. I walked out as soon as I walked in. More dicks than chick's and the chick's looked TERRIBLE. I mean, their was always ugly girls in there but you could find some.good ones from time to time......now, it's over for real for real.

Got attacked by a street dog, had to.kick it in the face, and the street touts are fricking relentless even though I can pass for.filipino. Annoying

Cubabro....decided to give lacafe 1 last chance, at it seems to always come through for me.

Nice looking 24 year old callcenter supervisor daylighting (she works at night) at the bar. She didn't really seem like the type you would normally see at lacafe, BUT THEIRS ALWAYS DIAMONDS IN THE ROUGH, FRICKING ALWAYS. This girl even had her own car which surprised the frick out of me....never saw a filipina selling pussy that had a car.

Anyway, she recently broke up with her Singaporean boyfriend because he cheated (welcome to the Philippines), so she decided to get back at him by fricking dudes in a bar? I don't ask to many questions, she looked good though that's all I care. Slim thing with a tight vegana.

We actually had a nice conversation after we had sex.....she said that this isnt permanent, and she's kinda bummed because she's college educated and she has to go to a place like lacafe (she called it a dump and rightfully so) to earn extra money......she's out here in the city making it by herself so as she said "it is what it is po". At least she gets to choose the guys she fricks unlike those working in ktvs/brothels.

WELL HERES TO YOU GIRL. Cheers. Goodluck and godspeed wherever you may go. I respect you as a human being even if you chose to sell your body.....it is what it is po

Of course they will price discriminate. All they do is scam westerners.

Everywhere. I go to the province and motorcycles and trikes try to charge me 5x-10x local price, then back each other up when I try to use another one.

I go to take a tour and the guides charge me 5x. I tell him I am going with other Filipinos and he just gets butthurt. Then he dares to ask for a fricking tip after, despite getting his scam price.

Go to eat some street BBQ and the lady tells me 100 pesos for each stick. Locals get it for 20. Just casual scamming. I almost flipped her stall over.

      >Go to eat some street BBQ and the lady tells me 100 pesos for each stick. Locals get it for 20. Just casual scamming. I almost flipped her stall over.
In these situations, I tell them I was there a few months ago and they charged me 25. They go, okay, 50. I laugh and tell them it better be delicious this time and they'll laugh too.
I don't mind overpaying a little because I get better service and I like to think it makes me more "useful" [ie maybe they'll stick up for me in a bad situation if they make money off of me].
But most often I send my girl to buy whatever it is and get the local price. I never travel to Philippines without lining up a harem of local girls before I even arrive. That's kind of the point of going there.

I just comprehend the level of mental malaise they must have to be able to just sit and stare at their tiny, shitty little street all day long, forever.

What type of poverty traumatized low IQ mush must their brains be composed of, to be able to just perch for 12 hour a day doing nothing at all.

Is it just a declaration of being physically present, and the habitation being occupied? Is that how fricking shitty this place is that if somebody doesn't just sit in their doorstep all day long, they will get robbed or evicted?

How do they afford alcohol? Who is giving them redhorse? How does a do-nothing moron who stands around all day afford big bottles of redhorse? Do they just exploit their family members who do work? Is that the scam?

      it's their day off/break.
there's 100 million of them crammed into an archipelago the size of AZ, so you come accross these kinds more than usual.

      Is this a serious question?
They are supported by family members, including overseas workers and western simps
When you give her money to "support the family" most of it goes to lazy alcoholic relatives

I haven't been to Manila in a while......I forgot how many street people their are by the US embassy....it kinda breaks your heart but my heart has been hardened from being here to long.

I played basketball right there by the Bayfront hotel across from the embassy......their was this tomboyish looking 18 year old street girl with. No shoes who challenged me to 1 on 1.....I gotta say she was pretty damn good, she crossed me up a few times but I still had to destroy her just because im not letting a 18 year old filipina best me.

Another street girl probably around the same age challenged me to that Filipino hackey sack volleyball game......sepak keraw I think? She whooped my ass there, not gonna lie. She asked me to buy her a cigarette for her reward.....sure why not. Then she challenged me to a rap battle, it was fricking hilarious

You know sometimes you have to treat people like humans. These people get literally walked over at best, and exploited at worst. I hope those 2 girls will be alright, whatever happens in the future. Maybe thats why cubabro has never had any problems In the Philippines....sometimes a simple "good morning" or "evening" goes a long way. The trick is you have to know how to be generous but also set boundaries. Give them just enough so they won't hate you, but don't give em so much that don't need you.

Good luck and God speed girls....love from cuba

I didn't bang either one of them, I'm not that low, plus they were on that borderline of being underage. I doubt they even had ID......hotels will ask for IDs from girls especially if they look like obvious hookers/street girls. The girl I banged today, they didn't ask her for ID but only because she was dressed like an office worker and didn't give off hooker vibes....she just looked like my girlfriend

Imagine trying to bring a borderline underage street girl with no shoes into a nice hotel.....yea that's not a good look my bro

          >borderline underage street girl with no shoes
          Based?
But yeah I probably wouldn't be taking her back to my hotel room, you can't rent a cheap place to bang a girl for an hour or two in the Philippines? I figured you could just duck into some sleazy backstreet motel and no questions would be asked.

I mean you could, they have plenty of shirt time hotels, but why even risk it if they are suspected underage....the staff could snitch on you and cause you all sorts of problems. Plenty of legit 18 year Olds, no need to dabble in murky waters.

You frick a kid, she has you by the balls. If she's smart she'll try to extort you, and if your smart you'll give her whatever she asks for. You really wanna be in a Filipino jail for fricking kids ?

Yea I get what your saying. I mean.the age of consent is like 14-16 in most of the world, so its not unheard of, but it's 18 for foreigners in the Philippines.....the law is the law even if you think its wrong.....but if you wanna risk it to get that young biscuit then go ahead.....just don't cry if you end up getting extorted and don't say no one warned you

Damn, I've been to Manila quite a few times and never heard of this lacafe place, I'm staying quite near. Can I go there without being constantly hounded just for beers and watching the chaos unfold?
Burgos and Poblacion are fricking dead, I've been there a few times in the last 2 weeks. My usual cheap goto bars have like 3 people in them each (12 midnight). Poblacion is now filled with local richkids happy to pay near western prices for drinks. There are barely any farang around and it's the holidays? Hard to find someone slightly normal (lol) to chat with, whether it be a local or farang.

It's a pretty informal spot....beers are 110- 125 pesos....the waitresses might try to get you to buy an expensive shot of alcohol, but their not pushy. If you take a girl out, she may ask you to buy her a drink (they have to purchase something to sit in the bar). Basically it's a 300 peso barfine, but I've gotten away with not paying it. Quality is hit and miss, usually it's a miss but you'll find good looking girls in there.....I've noticed on weekdays strangely enough it's better as its less people and more regular girls in there with normal civilian jobs trying to make extra cash.....weekends it appeared to be a bunch of tired pros.

If you walk up the street towards remedios circle though, YOU WILL get hounded by street touts trying to get you to go into overpriced ktv/strip joints. Had a dude follow me for 10 minutes straight, they are fuxking persistent and goddamn annoying, but just ignore them and politely decline, unless of course you are interested in overpriced ktvs.

I just went to LACAFE in September
      Quality is mostly a miss.
I met Angel who is probably the best one there and she knows it. She's like a high 7 to low 8.
I had another but she had big feet and big nipples on a small body. Weird af. But pretty face.

The hotel is right next door. Be forewarned there is no toilet paper.

Best 3sum I ever had in my life was from lacafe.
A really brown Filipina with a Spanish looking white Filipina
Both bi, both great looking, was a great night.

Got weird in the morning g the white one stayed longer, and spoke for hours about how she loves to meet Australian men and frick them in the ass with strapons. Like an obsessive fetish.
She wouldn’t shut up about it, even when I told her I think Australians are trashy people.

I couldn’t frick her after that, but it was a great 3sum

Where's this 18 AoC coming from? Everything I can find online says they raised it from 12 to 16, which is reasonable. But I can't see anything that say it's 18 now.

      Anonymous

      Yes I know it says 16, but it's 18

I researched this the very first time I went to the Philippines....I was 22 and their was a 17 year old girl chatting me up, so I did look I into it.

Basically it used to be 12, but only if the parents also consented. It was basically meant for religious minorities, if the girl got married off at 12, she technically could "consent"

Don't ask me the exact law, but it basically says that you cannot be in private with anyone under 18 without the express consent of the parents......so if you pick up some random 16 year off the street and take her to your room, it's still considered illegal

Dudes get locked up for 16 year Olds here often, read the news bro

      Anonymous

It was never really 12. If you fricked a 12 year old girl before you'd still go to jail. It had some weird rules, but I think that if you were under 18 and fricked a 12 year old, you wouldn't face any legal repercussions.

Section 10 (b) of RA 7610 prohibits any person to be in the company of “a minor, 12 years or under or who is 10 years or more his junior in any public or private place, hotel, motel, beer joint, discotheque, cabaret, pension house, sauna or massage parlor, beach and/or other tourist resort or similar places.” (KAL)

That’s what Philippines is known for, as opposed to ST of Thailand.

Tinder passport, hinge, etc are best. Screen any girls you meet- there’s a lot of e-scammers in Philippines.

Cubabro....holy shit guys I just nearly shit my pants

Got back to cebu tonight.....the airport in manila was an absolute zoo.....took three hours of waiting in line just to get my ticket. Finally got to cebu and the line for taxis was a mile long......decided to use one of those semi scam flat rate taxis.....double the rate but you don't have to wait in line....it's only 5 bucks extra so who cares....thats what I was thinking.

Got in an unmarked car, made chitchat with the driver....he seemed nice. Dropped me off in my subdivision, but the guard just waved him because he was in a normal car and he was assuming he was a friend and didn't get his ID

2 hours later i realize.......FRICK I LEFT MY 3000 DOLLAR LAPTOP WITH ALL MY WORK FILES IN THE FRICKING CAR.

Go back to the guard shack to see if he returned it there......nothing. At this point I'm quietly accepting that I'm fricked, but decided to go back to the airport in one last ditch effort. Didn't have much hope considering he I didn't get the plate number or remember the guys name even though he told me

Go to where he picked me up and it's a ghost town......see some cops and explain to them the situation and the fact that pretty much my life is on the computer. Hand them 1000 pesos.....they say "oh yea we know those people, let us take you to their office"

They take me in the back of their car to the terminal building into an office where I explain to the manager or whatever what happened.....the only thing I could remember is the driver told me he lived in a certain barangay....they looked up their records for whoever lived there and look who I saw....the driver. They cops called him up.....he found the laptop.....if he just didn't notice it or if was trying to scheme I will never truly know.

"Don't worry sir we will get it for you"

An hour later, unmarked car pulls up, hands me my bag, and I hand the cop 2 thousand pesos

Happy ending to what would of been a shitty night otherwise

I’ve heard from the locals that many travel vloggers hype up the Philippines because it gives their channels a lot of traffic from Filipino viewers. Also pumps up their national pride and plays to that.

That being said, I found El Nido to be the most beautiful tropical biome I have ever visited.

Literally just show up. That's it.

Yeah pretty much. You can even be more aggressive in saying you like people and want to go on a date. Super high win rate if they know you are a foreigner. When I went to the club, one of the Filipinas in our friend group would make out with Filipino Americans, Arabs, and Euros (extremely rare). What matters most is really just being a foreigner. They always assumed that American is just one race. I always think of my ethnicity in terms of roots but Filipinos assume American is the race.

Tell them you love them and want to marry them. They eat that shit up.

      Literally true lol

If you are too playboy-ish they will hesitate I found

Similar experience in Vietnam but learned it’s only in tourist traps. At the airport, the Taxi booth frickers were hounding to bring me to my hotel in Saigon district 1 for 450,000 dong. Download grab and it will be 70,000 dong. Also never go to Ben Thanh Market. They harass the frick out of you and will try to charge you like 400k dong for a teeshirt when in reality it’s no more than 60k and all the shoe guys around that area that basically rip the shoes off of your feet to clean and repair them and the. Will try to ask for 500k. I went to other markets and areas outside of the tourist zones and they were honest and charged local prices. All in all it was a great time though.

If I'm actually raised Catholic, does it help with smashing Filipina pussy

Part of the raison d'etre going to the Philippines is retracing my grandfather' steps in WW2 as an American GI - but another part (as a Lousiana boy) is smashing exotic poon.

It has little impact because the most important part is that you are a foreigner who is rich and exotic physically to them.

Probably only matters if you want to leverage false promises of you marrying them, but I found that they asked what religion I was after we had already smashed.

to answer your question, fricking on the first date is pretty much the standard I encountered, women expected it and prepared for it, and were disappointed/upset and angry if I didn't take them home to my apartment after a night of doing (whatever), many of the women who date foreigners are using them for entertainment, and getting fricked by a foreigner is what they are hoping for and looking for ultimately

OH KEK IT’S THIS AGAIN HAHAHAH

SAS-IQ is basically their educational attainment: they’re extremely unintellectual, and if you look up how garbage their public schools are, you will understand why.
Did you know they use fricking English as a teaching medium when 2/3rds of the country cannot even write a short essay in proper English? Did you know extensive reading is close to non-existent? 90% of their 10 year olds cannot even read or barely understand English. Imagine if 10 year old Americans had to use Spanish on their tests. That’s how fricked up it is.

If anything this shows that their genetic IQ is truly roughly 90. Nothing to brag about but it’s nowhere near as dumb as what you claim. Using educational attainment to gauge a final IQ score is quite dumb when educational attainment has shitton of external factors beyond the genetics of the students and can deviate tremendously from the non-verbal IQ scores. Look up educational attainment of Flips in the US and Canada. They do almost 1:1 with whites(sometimes better), even their poor ones outperform poor whites at times.

        1. You are a flip
        2. This justifies exactly what I said.

They have an anti-intellectual, anti-productive culture. The hardworking/productive ones leave on purpose because the other 95% are literally moronic (by choice or by nature) and incapable or unwilling to take care of themselves and would rather rely on scamming and charity and pressuring family.

          Anonymous

God you’re moronic if this is your actual take.
They don’t have much high-paying jobs. Even managerial positions pay peanuts. Even obtaining loans such as mortgages are close to impossible for the average person. This is why they go abroad, because sometimes it’s the only way to make it, to get their family out of poverty. And it’s not even the smartest who mainly go abroad either. It’s basically average people.
The country does not have much foreign capital(yet) either, which provides stable, decently paying jobs. This is due to high electricity costs, poor infrastructure(which has only recently gained much needed attention), poor logistics as a result of the former, and LatAm-levels of moronic corruption. Even being a farmer is a pain in the ass due to moronic regulations and restrictions. It’s neither helping that the billionaires are mostly rent-seekers resorting to real-estates instead of tech and manufacturing.
It’s not a coincidence it’s one of the lowest exporting countries in the region.
Only recently has some things changed for the better

Flip government is beyond moronic. They just signed this SIM registration act that forces everybody to register their sim with their national ID or passport, or it cannot be activated.

The problem is that about 30% or more of the population of the country is too poor and isolated to get government identification, which means they won't be able to use their mobile phones unless they can somehow get ID, which takes forever and is expensive, and requires a verified address.

Note that the registration won't accept Barangay ID since they aren't standardized.

All tourists will have to register for a sim also, which is hilarious.

    >Average Filipino IQ from standardized tests is 70
    >Psychometric tests give them much higher at around 90. The average of the results is around 81.
This has already been debunked. It has already been determined that the average is 95.

Whats up with these flip morons just standing around and loitering all day? They just fricking stand there, sometimes sit, doing nothing. All day long.

Just waiting for.....something to happen? I don't know. What the frick are they doing? How do they survive? Who is busting their ass to support them, while they do literally nothing?

At least the begging street children are hustling and trying to keep busy. These random 20-ish year old guys just hanging out?

lol no you dumb Black person, the unemployment rate in Thailand was still lower than Philippines today. Thailand has been wealthier per capita than Philippines since the 80s. The main reason Philippines was the “second wealthiest Asian nation” behind Japan in the 60s was because of an artificial exchange rate against the USD, probably the biggest mistake they ever made tbh

Thailand has insanely high FDI stock, lot’s of manufacturing jobs, good infrastructure and lots of fertile lands that pay the tenants ridiculous amounts with tremendous government support. Philippines is still cucked from a restrictive land reform that was written by big landowners, and they haven’t really gotten much FDI until very recently. Unsurprisingly, the unemployment rate is going down along with labour participation rate going up. It was actually at its best right before the government went full moron with lockdowns.

Key takeaway of Thailand and Philippines nowadays is that Thailand’s economy is not very bullish anymore.

Easily done. Just make sure not to marry the first ugly b***h you frick. You'll have access to thousands of 18 year olds. Be picky.

I want to marry a Filipina chick I've known for a while but immigration looks like a pain in the ass

The US is the worst country to go through legal immigration for. Neither dem or gop will fix it or want to make it better. K1 visa costs thousands, if not $10,000. When it's all said and done. The first form alone is $500 just because frick you. Then it goes down hill from there. The medical check that must be performed in their country can only happen in a "US approved facility" which alone could cost thousands of dollars. Then after several other forms which cost multiple hundreds of dollars, you wait up to a year before complaining to your senator (regardless of party affiliation) and their office will contact the immigration service telling them to hurry the frick up. Which will prompt a response from immigration Services to actually do their job. If you submitted everything correctly it'll move to the next stage, if not you'll wait 3-6 more months before them requesting more information.
Then after some miracle your fiance can arrive in the US you'll have 90 days to marry. Then you have to file more forms costing $500 or more per form and wait more. She'll also have to get vaccines that are specifically excluded from insurance which will cost $1000.

Be careful when doing it without a condom.

I fricked 26 women in 2021 and 28 in 2022. The vast majority were Filipinas in the Philippines. No hookers.

I caught chlamydia in 2021 and 2022. It's a slow moving mostly asymptomatic STD, but for me it eventually triggered testicle pain.

in 2019, i wore condoms and fricked over 50 Filipinas with no issues.

This is the way to do it. Setup a fake FB account and make sure no one can see your friend's list except for you. I will often send messages through FB, TikTok, Insta, etc. The network will build itself over the course of time.

I also supplement this by going to the malls where it's really easy to pickup very pretty girls in their teens or early 20's. Just tell them a couple jokes, buy them a coffee or something and they will think you're the greatest guy ever.

I'm in my 40's and I'm able to do this easily. I can't imagine what it's like being chad here. I will never understand why any guys pay for it when these girls are happy to give it away for free.

Been in Manila for 5 days now.
I honestly expected something much worse from posts here, but I kinda like it. Chaotic, and gritty, but not as dirty and poor as I was told. Traffic sucks ass but the motorcycle taxis are ebin and gets you around quickly for a dollar. Interesting vernacular, informal architecture, cool business districts around, jeepneys and tricycles have an interesting vibe. Nightlife was also great.
Foods a bit expensive but I give it my approval.
I think Bankok is overall superior, but I could see myself working here.
Going to Cebu City tomorrow, what can I expect?

Update on the virgin sister situation.

She was painfully moronic + helpless, while being simultaneously a wienertease + dickshy. She wanted to naked cuddle in bed with me and make out, but wouldn't touch my wiener and insisted that we had to be married first. Literally crawling all over me and molesting every bit of me, but never touching my wiener, and not letting me feel her pussy. It was like she was playing a game, but withdrew from any move I made or tried to help her make. Infuriating after I realized she wasn't just playing around, but literally scared of the wiener. Felt like she had been molested when she was really young or something, like something was actually wrong with her brain. I've been with a lot of chicks, even inexperienced ones, but even they were at least interested in touching and feeling and experimenting. Not this girl, she was just broken somehow and shut down the second things got past a certain point, despite tongue kissing and being felt up.

I almost raped her, but stopped just short because everyone in her family knows where I live. I'm telling you bros, it was the closest I have ever felt in my life to simply forcing a woman.

On the bright side, 4 days of not being able to jerk off in peace while being teased by a virginal nymph resulted in me creating what I think was the biggest and most satisfying nut of my life and blowing it into my favorite prostitute when she got back from her province. Her look of amazement at the size of the load I dropped in her was almost worth the entire ordeal. Almost, but not quite.
