you must travel around the world based on the parallel line you originally lived on. How kino/horrible is your journey and what do you do?

Some parallels are more infamous than others both from a historical, military or /x/ tier perspective (i.e. the 37th and it's association with the paranormal or the 38th and it's connection to the Korean war.

45th parallel has a bunch of cool spots. North tip of Hokkaido, Ulanbataar, Balkans, Milan, France.

It's interesting to notice it's position in Central Asia, with Samarkand/Tashkent/Almaty around 40

    45+ north superiority

    >60th North
Starting from Helsinki, then a long journey through sparsely populated Russian regions, touching Alaska before going through northern Canada. An ok journey, but pretty lonely outside of Scandinavia.

I wouldn't say extremely kino, but 48th basically gets you Paris, Quebec, Michigan, Seattle/Vancouver, roughly around Harbin in China, Central asia and some shitty irrelevant regions in europe like north of austria, slovaquia and moldova. Oh and budapest maybe.

It'll probably get very boring in central Asia I guess, but the rest of the trip should be ok.

The 26th parallel seems nice, although you have to go through libya and some deserted places in Mexico, which would be a serious problem.

My trip is actually pretty great—42nd parallel N. Central Asia, Caucasus, sacred lake on Mt. Paektu in North Korea, a bit of Hokkaido. Also some Italy and northern Spain, among other places. Only the US stretch looks mostly boring

    42.8 south.

    >Tasmania
    >New Zealand South Island
    >Los Lagos Chile
    >Rio Blacks Argentina.
That’s it, the rest is freezing ocean.
    It all sounds very Tribal

    55th parellel.
I would be doing the quintisential rundown slavic shithole tour. Copenhagen, kaliningrad, Vilinius, Moscow, chelyabinsk, omsk, and novosibirsk are all within a degree of me, then just the emptiness of northern canada (and a tiny bit of alaska).
Got me wondering how different latitudes stack up for things like number of capital cities. Ive got 3, which is suprising.
