Rent a bike or golf cart and get around. Book a cool scuba tour, not the cheap ones, but the ones where you're on a catamaran. But mostly, get drunk on the beach and frick other people that are on vacation.

Have a golf cart and AirBnb secured. Just will be with someone else that has business to deal with and just tagging along.

there are usually 2 snorkel tours to the reef, half day where you'll definitely see turtles, and full day where you'll probably see sharks and manatees. Do both.

Is this country like dangerous as frick and basically just a big Detroit?

Only in the southside of Belize City. Everywhere else is safe as can be from my understanding.

Everywhere else is like barely populated. There's only one city which is a shithole like Kingston more than Detroit and then the rest of the country is hamlets of a few thousand people at most and all those places are pretty safe save for natural threats like snakes and crocodiles.

I've been a few times. I used to own a unit at Coco Beach. Loved the lobster that's sold everywhere, but it's not like New England style lobster - more like giant cray fish. There are local prostitutes but stay away - bawdy as frick. No happy ending massages anywhere. Everyone you meet asks you, 'So where are you from?' within the first 10 seconds of talking. I always say, 'My daddy's balls.' (for men) or 'My mommy's tummy.' (for women). Walk or take a golf cart most places. Can also hitch a ride, most people will stop if they have room. I liked it a lot but there's seedy side to it. Some drunks and a bit of riff raff, but it's safe everywhere. I can't remember the names of the best restaurants but most are very good and they're everywhere.

My advice is to pack bug spray with high DEET content. The spray they sell there isn't strong enough to keep the mosquitos off if you're prone to getting bitten.

Don't stay at Coco Beach Resort- they're shady as frick. That's why I sold.

      Bummer.

We have an AirBnb just outside the north part of San Pedro on the beach. We also have a golf cart for the entire time.

      DEET will be on deck.

Casino worth going to? Favorite restaurant?

Elvi's Kitchen in the center of San Pedro is always good. Popular but not too crowded... Estel's on the beach had the best bloody marry and good breakfast. There are many good places on side streets to get a cheap burrito loaded with lobster. The Truck Stop is a bunch of food stalls around a central court, a bit up north - very trendy and busy perhaps because it's out of the way.

re: Casio. The only casino I found is at Captain Morgan's Retreat up the island. It's a nice casual resort. The casino has a roulette table and a few other card tables and a bar.
