friendly neighbors that are generally quiet
not constant construction or lawncare noise
rare overly noisy parties
certainly no regular yelling
No homeowners association, but has a neighborhood watch

Bought a house in gladwyn(6th richest ZIP code in the country) and it's so comfy. Worth it for the quality of schools for my kids alone.
this place looks good on google maps but scares me its so close to philly
The worst part about Gladwyne is the rich people and not the crime.
I hang in the city alot with friends so it's a perfect location for me. The old eagles coach used to live near me.

I prefer it further out by Valley Forge, Malvern, West Chester, and Chadds Ford personally but Gladwyne is really high end.
I went to west chester university.
Kinda miss it was a nice place to live
