South Koreans are easily the most English speaking east asian people, and have the least terrible accent when speaking English, so Korea I guess.
But Taiwanese are easily the most friendly people (not "polite" like Japanese but genuinely friendly). Meanwhile I heard Japan is tired of loud tourists and there are restaurants and small towns that banned foreigners. But that's just what I read in the news.

Taiwanese Americans are one of the best Americans in our country. They are smart, polite and they just feel so chill about everything. I was so impressed by them that I grew up loving everything Chinese until I met Chinese (from China) students in college. One of the worst people on the planet. That's when I learned Taiwanese and mainland Chinese are completely different people.
Japanese are very quiet and like to spend their time amongst themselves or alone. Most of the Japanese Americans I personally knew moved back to Japan eventually.
Koreans are loud and annoying, and get angry easily. The recent "K-pop K-culture k-drama" etc etc craze made them even more arrogant and loud. However they are ultimately very polite (don't confuse polite with nice) people and know how to limit their annoying-ness, unlike the mainland Chinese. I'm Korean by the way so shuddap.

Well I grew up with Taiwanese Americans and not too many Mainland Chinese so I thought all ethnic Chinese people were generally really nice people
Also I used to be very superficial when I was younger. For example I watched documentaries on kung fu monks in remote Chinese villages, or see how futuristic Shanghai is and think "wow China is so cool."
When I actually met people from there my opinion changed. Also I'd like to add multi-generation Chinese immigrants are really cool people too. Doesn't have to be from Taiwan.
