Bros, I'm arriving in Philippines NAIA airport Terminal 3 and need to transfer to the arrivals area of Terminal 2 because that's where my gf will arrive. How do I do it? Walking seems to be a nightmare, so my only options are Bus, taxi and Grab. For Grab I need internet, but the aiport Wifi only works for filipino numbers. I don't think I can take the shuttle bus because I don't have a connecting flight. And the last time I used a taxi, they scammed me. Should I just kms?

those seem a lot more expensive than a grab. I'm not in ph yet but I did research, booking a airport to hotel ride is around 1000 PHP, while simply getting a grab taxi is around 400 PHP

By the way, the last time I was there, I needed to transfer from Terminal 1 to 2, which are just next to each other. The security lied to me that there is no shuttle and I need to use a taxi. The taxi driver manipulated his meter which went up way too fast, and then charged me like 450 pesos. I knew taxi drivers are often scammers, but I didn't think that the airport security is in on it too.

Buy a fricking sim you tard, I got a 30days/50GB data sim card for 1000 pesos. Or you can be a cheap frick and buy the 200 peso one which has 5GB. They sell the sim cards at kiosks outside the airport. It's so easy. I suggest GLOBE because they have good coverage.
Then call a grab where u want to go. You will need grab anyway in the phillipines so get it sorted first.
