What do you guys do if your coming gone wrong?
Like I'm currently in the US and I think I catched a STD. Do I just go randomly to the hospital and ask for testing? What about insurance? Is it expensive for foreigners?
I coomed in many countries, but it's the first time my dick is leaking and that in a first world country.

You have several options, none of which involve the hospital or are terribly expensive. You can go to your regular doctor and ask for an std test, you can go to a planned parenthood and get it there, you can go to a clinic like urgent care or google "STD clinic" or in some places you can go to a county/state run clinic. This is what I do. They test me a couple times a year on the taxpayer dime. You just say you're a high risk population because you're gay, bi, trans or the patron of prostitutes. What will happen is they will take the test (piss sample or swab) and possibly a blood test just in case you have more serious stuff like hiv or hepatitis then you wait a few days to get the results and if you're positive you get some pretty strong antibiotics.

You can't get this stuff over the counter in the US. You need to see a doctor. Not sure what to do about the insurance.

said, Azithromycin is a good choice since it usually works against gonorrhea and chlamydia. You can find suppliers online, but it will be faster to just go to a clinic, and antibiotics are dirt cheap at pharmacies.

STD's take normally weeks to show up hell some like Herpes may appear once and never again, pretty much everyone has HSV2. It's doubtful you will notice anything quickly other than crabs/lice within a short time span.
OP never said how long it's been since his last sexual encounter and already claimed he has an extensive sexual history (assuming unprotected) so it's perfectly reasonable he's picked up an STD at some point.
