Friend from the Midwest told me there's no culture or anything interesting there. What places would you recommend to disprove him?

I'm sure wherever you grow up just feels less interesting than it really is

The Midwest farm country is quite boring. Many American Main Streets in the region are dead or dying. Hard-working country folk simply do not have the leisure time, money, or desire for vibrant, cultured public spaces that city folks have. They'd rather have a barbecue with friends in their back yard than go out to eat or catch a band at the local bar. If you want to have a good time in farm country, you have to meet people on a Friday or Saturday and make something happen on someone's property. Farm folks are usually down for a shindig.

"Throwing a party in the most boring town in America" of course it is in the Midwest farm country.

Chicago, Cincinnati, and Madison as decent cities with lots of shit to do
    >State Parks (usually underrated):

    >National Parks
There's only a few options and they're quite far out but you can stomach the drive you can visit the Badlands in South Dakota, Voyageurs on the Minnesota-Canada border, and Isle Royale in Michigan.

Are you kidding me? Do you actually live here and OPEN YOUR EYES?
Of course there are SOME attractive women in the midwest. But I've been elsewhere. I've been in greener pastures. From ugly non-whites to the constant barrage of landwhales, my AVERAGE DAY in a major midwestern city yields shockingly few instances of eye candy.

    >What places would you recommend to disprove him?
though it can be a fun exercise, i would not try to disprove someone so closeminded, they will jsut negatively react to any positive example you try to give, it is a power game well known to SighSee
